Objective:In this paper, in order to better explore the earthworm extract treatment on animal scalding effect, the earthworm burn treatment components were extracted, and the therapeutic effects were observed, providing effective testing methods and reliable clinical basis for future drug treatment of animal source scald, medicinal value extension of earthworm.Methods:The extract of earthworm extract and preparation, establishment of mouse scald model, single cage feeding, divided into positive control group, Jingwanhong positive control group and earthworm extract group, each group with 20 rats in each of scalded mice. The positive control group without any treatment, Jingwanhong group was coated with O.lg, earthworm extract group sprayed 0.1ml earthworm extract preparation, daily drug coated once. In the mold after administration of 3,7,11,15d after scald local surface were observed and recorded were healing, healing time, the healing rate of burn surface, determination of tissue water content; HE staining was used for making slice observation histological changes of hydroxyproline in the skin; wound in mice (Hyp) content were detected.Experimental data are used SPSS 10.0 statistical processing software, P<0.05 had significant difference.Results:The earthworm extract group every time point wound color, mental state, diet, exercise, wound healing time, wound healing rate, wound exudate, tissue water content and other indicators are better than Jingwanhong group and positive control group; earthworm extract and Jingwanhong can make in mouse blood leukocytes, neutrophils, platelets and other blood related indexes content increased; through the microscope, the earthworm extract group and Jingwanhong fibroblast, collagen fibers and more neatly arranged, cytoplasm rich, the rapid formation of immature granulation tissue, granulation tissue capillary vigorous growth, and blank control group differences are significant (p<0.05); hydroxyproline content in earthworm extract group was superior to the other the two group.Conclusion:1.on scalding spraying earthworm extract has obvious effects of promoting wound healing in mice, can promote the wound healing time, reduce the burn surface edema, accelerate the healing time, reduce the damage stage of inflammation, and improve the quality of healing.2.earthworm extract the promotion mechanism of scald was mainly by increasing the content of hydroxyproline burn surface to raise the contents of collagen, promoting the capillaries and fibroblasts value-added; increase the content of leukocytes, neutrophils, platelets in the blood, reduce the inflammation reaction after scalding, accelerated the removal of necrotic tissue and foreign body, enhance immunity, reduce the infection probability, promote effective healing burn surface.
