In this study, two experiments were done to investigate the immune effect of swine fever virus vaccine and to serum diagnosis of PRV,PPV,JEV and PRRSV in extensive pig farms in Deyang as following. In the first part, the antibodies to classic swine fever virus, PRRSV, PRV, PPV and JE virus in extensive feeding pigs age at different days was detected in Deyang country. The results showed that as following :â‘ The positive rate of PRRSV, PRV, PPV and JE in extensive feeding pigs no vaccinated were 66.19%,62.95% and 46.72% and 28.87% respectively. This showed that porcine reproductive syndrome might existe in Deyang.â‘¡The critical protective rates of pigs at 20, 30 days old and nonpregnant sow were 13.1%,5.1% and 47.5%, respectively.â‘¢The protective rates of pigs at 60 to 180 days old was 43.93%. It indicated that pigs at 20 to 30 days old should be immunized by Swine fever vaccine. In the second part, ninety-eight piglets with no antibody to PRRSV were divided into 8 groups. Pigs were inoculated by different combination and dosage of classical swine fever live vaccine, swine foot and mouth disease inactivated vaccine and porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome inactivated vaccine. The serum antibody against CSFV in pigs at 30,60,180 days old were detected by IHA. The results showed that pigs at 30 days old inoculated by CSFV vaccine (Swine fever, swine erysipelas and pasteurella multocida vaccine or Swine fever vaccine with 1 or 2 dosage) and swine foot and mouth disease vaccine at the same time had good immune ability against CSFV. The protective rate of the CSFV vaccine in pigs at 180 days old was 73.33%. PRRS inactivated vaccine had no effect on production of antibody against CSFV, when it was inoculated with CFSV vaccine 10 days interval. But when PRRS inactivated vaccine was inoculated with SF vaccine and SFM vaccine at the same time, it had significant effect on the level of antibody against CSFV, and the protective rate in pigs at 180 days was only 37.5%.
