Aiming at the problem of Residual mulch film and variety of planting pattern,research Specialist Staff in China gradually created nearly one hundred kinds of residual film recovery machine via 20 years of unremittingly in agricultural mechanization. The 4CML-2.0 chain rake type farmland plastic film residue collector created by five five manufacturing Machinery Co. Ltd. in Karamay, its simple structure, stable operation, low price and has been applied in local area of Xinjiang.In order to better improve the performance of its use and a greater extent of the promotion of the scope of use, I had conducted a study combining with the feedback form user and the actual test.The main research problems and methods and conclusions are as follows:(1) Design parameters are determined via force analysis, three dimensional solid model was established by Solid Works 3D graphics software. The mechanical analysis of the side film shovel was carried out by using the Workbench in the ANSYS software, the results of the analysis show that the strength of the design meets the standards;(2) For plastic film recycling machine side film shovel of the actual work performance and picked up the film speed and operating speed of the matching problem of the orthogonal experimental design to determine the optimum parameters:the penetration angle of film edge shovel is 25°, buried depth is 15 cm, equipment speed is 1.4m/s, peripheral speed of the spring tooth is 45r/min, elastic tooth rod distance is 25 cm, wheel speed ratio ? =1.039. Then residual film recovery rate can reach more than 85%;(3) On the the problem of easy compression deformation of the film unloading plate, by theoretical analysis and 3D Drawing Software Solidworks collector box was improved in the design, and through the simulation of the static strength analysis.Analysis results show that floor improvement design strength to meet the standards.
