Mycotoxins are secondary metabolites producted by molds whose growth on living and stored plants, such as wheat and corn. Mycotoxins lead to the negative effect on livestock growth performance and organ function, even the death of animals. Aflatoxin B1 (AFB1), zearalenone (ZEN) and deoxynivalenol (DON) are three kinds of toxins which are investigated widely and whose pollution is the most common. In the past decade, several studies have been designed to elucidate the formation and role of their masked forms in food. Masked mycotoxins are plant-derived phase Ⅱ metabolites formed by conjugating of parent mycotoxins to polar groups. However, detection methods available, such as thin-layer chromatography, liquid chromatography and immunochemical analysis can not detect the masked mycotoxins. So it is important to establish a rapid truly detection include masked mycotoxins. This study detected the releases of mycotoxins through three experiments independently. On the basis of the result, we analyse the absorbtion efficient of mycotoxins adsorbent in market and develop a new mycotoxins adsorbent. In order to detect freed and masked mycotoxins, we establish the experiment in vitro digestion simulating animal digestion. Then we detect the mycotoxins of corn before and after digestion. The results show AFB1 (P<0.001), DON (P<0.01), ZEN (P<0.05) increase significantly after in vitro digestion. We also verified the results by HPLC, the results show AFB1 (P<0.05), DON (P<0.001), ZEN (P<0.001) increase significantly after in vitro digestion. In order to verify the authenticity of in vitro digestion, we also do the experiment in vivo.10 AA broilers with similar body weight were feed separately and drank water freely. All the broilers were fed with moldy corn containing 1% chromium trioxide for 4h after fa sting 12h; the contents of duodenum, jejunum, ileum were collect. The chromium trioxide in the contents of duodenum, jejunum and ileum were determined by wet ashing methods. DON, ZEN, AFB1 in the contents of duodenum, jejunum, ileum were assayed with ELISA kit. T his results also show AFB1 (P<0.05), DON (P<0.05), ZEN (P<0.01) increase significantly after in vivo digestion. In order to truly evaluate mycotoxins the adsorption effect adsorbent, we collect 10 kinds of mycotoxins adsorbent in market. Then we evaluate these adsorbent by digestion in vitro. The results show 3#,9# adsorbent has good adsorption effect of three kinds of toxin, other adsorbent not very well.In order to clean up mycotoxins, we also develop a new mycotoxins adsorbent. Then we evaluate these adsorbent by digestion in vitro. The result show the adsorption rate of AFB1 is 49.17%, and the adsorption rate of DON is up to 67.27%.
