Rotary tillage is one of the important procedures in the soil tillage. Designing a reasonable farming machinery also plays a positive role in improving farming soil condition and land output rate, reducing the energy loss in agriculture, optimizing the allocation of power in rural areas. Computer graphics technology demonstration simulation of the working process of the rotary cultivator exercise program was developed in this paper can not only test the sports program whether its correct or reasonable, so as to avoid the operating machinery of the forward speed, rotary blade length, rotary blade speed, the depth of plough, unit width, single cutter tooth number making a direct impact on the effect of soil tillage, so as to avoid the risk of rotary equipment damage. And greatly reduce the high consumption and high cost of normal test process of tillage method, shorten the work cycle. Design personnel can check in advance by the graphics display, which makes the designer judge the parameters in a very short period of time and a reasonable way, and then adjust the parameters to get a more reasonable design parameters.The operating system has a good base on Windows Chinese simulation environment, selecting the visual basic 6.0 development environment, using its powerful interface design function to design a fine interface, which can visually display the simulation results, it could give a direct observation of the effect of rotary tillage without actual work situation, after entering a program by a user, the simulation system process simulation according to the procedure itself. Modular design for the expansion of system function provides a good developing platform. In order to solve the parameter design of rotary mechanism in the process of operation, the system provide a fast, simple and dynamic plan.
