Plastic film mulching technology plays an important role in keeping warm and combating drought and it is widely used in cultivating crops, such as cotton, peanut, etc. Due to agricultural ground film mainly contains the polyethylene hydrocarbon, it becomes difficult to decompose under the natural conditions and the weathered film will lead to massive pollution to the soil structure and crops growing without timely collection. Hence, it is of highly imperative to research out the control techniques of film re-collection. This paper designs a new kind of machine accordingly to the problems existing in the previous test, which can pick up membrane such as scrawled,old, within 100 mm in the soil, and the use of this machine can save labor and promote efficiency in collecting the residual within 100 mm.(1) Mechanics Performance Testing was used to test new and old mulching film, which has resulted that the average tensile force of the old film was reduced by 36.14% than new membrane tensile force and old film tensile strength was reduced by 33.19% than new plastic tensile strength, the content of film has been testified in the southern section of six group Ying bing road of wen su county of Aksu Area in Xinjiang region. After the test,film content of soil depth in 50-100 mm is of higher 34.01% than 0 to 50 mm; Within 100 mm,the residual film content is as higher as 17.07% than those of 5 cm2.(2) This dissertation has analyzed operational principles and processing parameters of improving the test prototype via optimizing the cam mechanism. The maximum instantaneous efficiency has been increased by11.27%, compared with initial ratio. This paper has calculated the maximum force during the operating status of film unloading plate through testing the bending deflection of improved plate to derive the moment of inertia of cross-section, which could be helpful to strengthen the unloading plate. Film removing device has been designed to analyze the working resistance that affects its working, laying in the prerequisite of the increase of picking rate.(3) Then the characteristics of the machine were analyzed and got the nail tooth tip trajectory equation. At the same time, the nail tooth picks up roller motion parameters and designs the film critical point, which study out the standard of speed collecting angle.(4) This paper respectively analyzes the speed of drum, the soil depth and the working angle of the loosening shovel. Through the analyses of Design Expert, the influence of three factors to collecting rate is that the speed of drum > the working angle > the soil depth. Finally, through the Design Expert determined the optimal parameter combination as following: the speed of the drum is 76 r/min, the soil depth is 70 mm and the working angle of the loosening shovel is 25°,the collecting rate could be up to 84.16%.
