The application and popularization of plastic mulching cultivation technology in Xinjiang has promoted the agricultural production, but it also has caused the pollution of residual film in the farmland which has not recovered in time. By understanding the situation of residual film collector, designed a new type which combines driving harrow with residual film collector, it completes both soil preparation and residual film recovery. This paper made a depth research in the following points:(1) Studying the current situation and development of residual film mechanized recovery, it describes the significance, purpose, makes the methods and route.(2) By comparing many residual film collectors, find the objective problem. Designed the spring-tooth residual film collector both local and overall, drawn with SolidWorks in order to finish the three-dimensional model.(3) Finishing the spring-tooth analysis of kinematics and dynamics in order to get the trajectory and calculation formula.(4) Using finite element analysis on picking spring-tooth with the Simulation of SolidWorks in order to get diagram of the stress, displacement, deformation, factor of safety. And make sure that it can deal with the working strength; Using motion simulation analysis on picking mechanism with ADAMS in order to get diagram of the displacement, velocity, motion trajectory.(5) Using the method of orthogonal design, experimental study for picking mechanism. The better piking effect of the mechanism is, picking mechanism speed:720r/min, spring soil depth:60mm, spring-tooth style:back curve.
