The promotion and popularization of mulching sowing technology has greatly improved cotton production efficiency,and cotton has become the main economic crop in xinjiang.Due to the large amount of mulch used in the mulching of mulch,the cotton has not been recovered in time after harvest,resulting in a large amount of land film remaining in the soil of the cotton field,resulting in serious residual film pollution.For cotton top layer effectively recycling residual film,based on xinjiang cotton residual film research and analysis on the pollution status and soil conditions,designed a rotary screw tooth top layer membrane recycling machine.The machine is mainly used for the recovery of the debris film of the tilling layer after the harvest field of cotton field.At first,this paper expounds the purpose and significance of the thesis,then respectively introduces the research status of residual film recycling machine at home and abroad and the existing problems,and focus on the domestic and foreign research on cotton systems were significantly different in the membrane and recycling machinery.The investigation,geometric properties and mechanical properties of the residual membrane fouling in cotton field are analyzed and studied,and the basic physical characteristics of the residual film in cotton field are obtained.Combined with the advantages and disadvantages of existing residual film recycling machine,rotary tillage nail tooth top layer membrane recycling machine for the overall design,use of digital design,the virtual prototype technology for 3 d design of machines and tools,get the 3 d model machines.A finite element analysis was carried out for the key working parts,and the mechanical deformation of the membrane was obtained and optimized.Through field experiment,the optimal operation combination of the machine is obtained.The main research content of this paper is:(1)The soil environment in cotton field after cotton autumn harvest is an important factor affecting the equipment.The data of soil quality,moisture and solidity of cotton fields were investigated.Through the study of the geometrical features of the mulch in the plough layer,it is concluded that the residual film is mainly in 1cm~2~36cm~2.The maximum breaking tension and elongation rate of the reinforced plastic mulch and ordinary mulch have been changed with different cultivable layer and time.(2)Based on the study of the basic physical characteristics of the residual film,the waste film recovery machine was designed.The machine is composed of membrane structure.unloading structure,conveying device,transmission system,rack,recycle bin and other auxiliary devices.(3)Because the main working part of the machine is the stud structure,the finite element analysis of the nail teeth is carried out.It was concluded that the total deformation of the denture was 4.6231 mm,and the maximum effect was 0.055mm and the maximum equivalent stress was 1087.5mpa.The maximum equivalent stress was 685.32MPa and the maximum effect was 0.0035mm by optimizing the design of the nail tooth.The mechanical properties of nailing are optimized to meet the design requirements better.(4)Field experiments on machine tools,single factor test in field after manufacture.It obtained the recovery and recovery efficiency of the residual film of the machine below the different angle,rotation speed,advance speed and depth of work.Through the orthogonal experiment of rotating speed,advancing speed and working depth.It is determined that the optimum combination of the machine is the optimum level of the recovery rate of the residual film when the tractor's forward speed is 6km/h,the rotating speed of the gear tooth cylinder is 90r/min and the working depth of the nail tooth is 50mm,the recovery rate of residual film was 74.204%and the recovery rate of residual film was 0.07393hm~2/h.
