Study On The Correlation Between The Expression Of IGFBP-5?MSTN Genes In Different Tissues And Slaughter Indicators Of 3 Different Breeding Horses

In this study the research objects are Kazakh horse,Yili and Yanqi in XINJIANG and the expression of IGFBP-5(insulin-like growth factor binding protein-5)and MSTN(Myostatin)genes in different tissues-heart,liver,spleen,lung,kidney,small intestine,large intestine,cecum,intercostal muscle,longissimus muscle,brachialis muscle and gluteus-of three horses was detected by Quantitative Real-time PCR.The main methods are as follows,firstly analyzed the difference between genes expression in different tessues of horses, secondly computed the correlation coefficient between genes expression in muscle—longissimus dorsi muscles,brachialis muscle and gluteus — and horse slaughter indexes.(1)Researching the difference of IGFBP-5 gene expression in different tessues of horsesFirst,in Kazakh horse the IGFBP-5 gene is the highest expression in longissimus muscle and there isn't significantly difference with the brachialis muscle and gluteus(P>0.05),but the expression is the lowest in the large intestine;Ie,IGFBP-5 gene m RNA expression showing longissimus muscle>brachialis muscle>spleen>gluteus>heart>liver>small intestine>lung>cecum>large intestine.In Yili horse the IGFBP-5 gene is the highest expression in gluteus and there is an extremely significant difference with others(P<0.01)which is secondly expression in heart and is higher in longissimus muscle and brachialis,but is lower expression in kidney; Ie, IGFBP-5 gene m RNA expression showing gluteus > heart >longissimus muscle>brachialis muscle>liver>large intestine>lung>small intestine>cecum>spleen>kidney.In Yanqi horse the IGFBP-5 gene is the highest expression in long issimus muscle and there is an extremely significant difference with others(P<0.01)which is secondly expression in brachialis muscle,and is higher expression in gluteus,small intestine and heart but is the lowest in the large intestine;Ie,IGFBP-5 gene m RNA expression showing longissimus dorsi muscle>brachialis muscle>gluteus>small intestine>heart>liver>spleen>kidney>lung>cecum>large intestine.Second,the IGFBP-5 gene have different model of expression in the same tissues of different breeds.(2)Researching the difference of MSTN gene expression in different tessues of horsesFirst,in Kazakh horse the MSTN gene has the highest expression in longissimus dorsi muscle and there are higher expression in gluteus,brachialis muscle,cecum,kidney and heart,but is lowest in small intestine;Ie,MSTN gene m RNA expression showing longissimus dorsi muscle>brachialis muscle>cecum>kidney>gluteus>heart>liver>spleen>large intestine>lung>small intestine.In Yili horse the MSTN gene have the highest expression in heart and there are higher expression in brachialis muscle,cecum,longissimus dorsi muscle and gluteus but is the lowest in small intestine;Ie,MSTN gene m RNAexpression showing heart>brachialis muscle>longissimus dorsi muscle>gluteus>cecum>lung>liver> kidney > spleen > large intestine > small intestine. In Yanqi horse the MSTN gene has the highest expression in spleen and there are higher expression in kidney and heart;Ie,MSTN gene m RNA expression showing spleen>kidney>heart>longissimus dorsi muscle>liver>small intestine>brachialis muscle>gluteus>cecum>lung>large intestine.Second,the Kazakh horse MSTN gene expression in kidney,longissimus dorsi muscle and brachialis muscle is extremely higher the same tissues of others(P<0.01);the Yanqi horse MSTN gene expression in lung and small intestine is higher the others.(3)Researching the correlation between the gene expression and slaughter indicators of HorsesFirst,there isn't significant correlation between expression of IGFBP-5 gene in longissimus dorsi muscle,brachialis muscle and gluteus of horses and its' slaughter indicators.Second,the MSTN gene expression in longissimus dorsi muscle of Kazakh horse and Yili is significantly correlation to its slaughter rate and carcass weight(P<0.05,P<0.01),but there isn't correlation in Yanqi.Studying the relation between MSTN gene and slaughter indicators of equine offer the scientific basis for regulation mechanism of MSTN gene in horse.
