As the sheep production gradually tends to be the feeding, the scale of, how simple and efficient play sheep breeding potential and batch production commodity sheep has become urgent and important subject.This experiment through the comparison of different treatment methods of Duolang sheep and Bayinbuluk sheep in spring and autumn of estrus synchronization and artificial insemination, and strive to optimize a simple operation and in the southern countryside raise sheep has popularized the value method, in order for the southern raising sheep industry to provide reference.Experiment 1: compared with the CIDR+PG+PMSG, applied, CIDR+PMSG+A3 three kinds of treatment methods influence on fall barren Duolang sheep estrus synchronization and artificial insemination conception rate and litter size rate. The results showed that the CIDR +PG+PMSG treated ewes estrus rate, conception rate and lambing rate were 93.1%, 96.3% and 125.0%, were significantly higher than that of the applied treatment group of ewes estrus rate(80.4%), pregnancy rate(80.0%) and lambing rate(94.4%), were significantly higher than the rate(78% estrous CIDR+PMSG+A3 treatment group) and conception rate(79.5%) and lambing rate(93.5%),(P < 0.05). Between CIDR+PMSG and CIDR+PMSG+A3 group the oestrus rate, pregnancy rate and lambing rate showed no significant difference.The results show that the high frequency of Duolang sheep breeding can obtain ideal use CIDR+PG+PMSG method in the autumn lambing effect.Experiment 2: using CIDR+PMSG+PG processing method in spring and autumn of Bayinbuluk sheep and Duolang sheep estrus synchronization, respectively compared autumn and spring period estrus effect on the rate of barren Bayinbuluk sheep and Duolang sheep conception rate and litter size. The experimental results show that the Bayinbuluk sheep estrus of CIDR+PG+PMSG processing method in the fall after the rate of 93.1%, significantly higher than that of the spring using the same method of Bayinbuluk sheep estrus rate,(P < 0.01); autumn the ewe conception rate and lambing rate were 89.4% and 96.3% were significantly higher than those in the spring treatment ewes conception rate(58.5%) and lambing rate(94.5%),(P < 0.05). In spring and autumn respectively, using the method of CIDR+PG+PMSG Duolang sheep, autumn ewe oestrus rate was 95.1% and spring ewe oestrus rate was 91.2%, there was no significant difference between the two groups, but autumn conception rate of ewes and lambing rate was 88.2% and115.8%, were significantly higher than in spring ewe conception rate(77.4%) and lambing rate(105.6%),(P < 0.05).Will the same breeds of ewe spring and autumn of synchronization of estrus conception rate of artificial insemination and lambing rates merge, the conception efficiency comparison between the two varieties and production efficiency. The results show that the Duolang sheep in the ewe conception rate and litter size efficiency were significantly higher than those of Bayinbuluk sheep, suggesting that Duolang sheep is more suitable for plant breeding, can bring more benefits to the farmers.
