In addition, the existing planting is complex in structure, the disassembly and maintenance difficulties, failure prone to delays farming.On the basis of analyzing the agronomic requirements, physical characteristics and the advantages and disadvantages of the main types of seedling transplanting, the paper selected the improved design of the plant. The principle of using the space of the parallel four link mechanism design of the chain transmission mechanism, and the duckbill devices supporting the design using cam mechanism and linkage mechanism and a ratchet mechanism, through the overall structure design and assembly of a modular component.The planting device work, only need to input a rotational drive of a drive sprocket, by setting the driving sprocket and transplanting machine wheel ratio and set up the control node, planting curve when transplanting tobacco seedlings on the duckbill clamping point will reach zero speed seedling planting effect.Through the use of PRO-E modeling and motion analysis, results showed that the seedling clamping point on the duckbill work trajectory theory to achieve the design goals,at the same time, the planting is designed as a module, which can realize rapid replacement,professional maintenance.
