At present, the efficiency of small and scattered family biogas engineering develops slowly, low control level, the purification and utilization process design is unreasonable, the pipe network distribution is not science. To deal with this problem, this paper makes a research on the biogas research center of biogas project as the research object about Agricultural Machinery Research Institute of Chinese Tropical Academy of Sciences. Studying the design of the gas supply and distribution system which centralizes gas, the research based on frequency converter and PLC constant pressure variable frequency air supply system, the design of intelligent capture card and force control configuration of the monitoring system biogas utilization and related process system. Details are as follows:(1) The design of gas supply and distribution system which centralizes gasOn the basis of the biogas project establishing by one institute of biogas research center, there are four aspects that are air supply option, pipe option, hydraulic calculation and pipe laying, which center on the problems occurred in the design of transmission and distribution pipeline network, though several times visit and reading a large number of relevant literature, and put forward the corresponding selection principles, calculation methods and matters needing attention, thus completing the biogas engineering design of the gas pipeline network.(2) Based on constant pressure variable frequency air supply system of PLC and inverter researchBy introduction of the constant pressure frequency conversion gas supply system and the analysis of the PID closed-loop control principle, there is a method of realizing constant pressure frequency conversion air supply combining the uncoordinated of production and utilization gas and gas in the central gas supply type biogas project and the characteristics of gas supply instability. This means that the pressure of gas pipeline is collected by pressure transmitter with Siemens S7-200 as the next bit machine. Then, with the aid of writing good ladder diagram in advance and then to conduct the collected data the processing of the data feedback to the pressure transmitter, to achieve closed-loop control, finally, to realize the purpose of the constant pressure frequency conversion gas supply.(3) Based on intelligent acquisition card and power controls configuration of the monitoring system designThe detection system based on the intelligent data acquisition card and the force control configuration of monitoring system are developed according to the design of the centralized gas supplying type biogas engineering production process characteristics and system function requirements. The whole system is made up of two parts which are the upper computer and lower computer. The lower computer collects the data of the gas composition, flow rate, temperature and pressure by means of a kind of intelligent data acquisition card.With the help of Force Control configuration software, the upper computer completed the data processing and real-time display. Real time acquisition and display of the system provides a feasible way to obtain the corresponding fermentation conditions, the fermentation raw materials and the improvement of gas production rate.Finally, in order to verify the effectiveness and correctness which are the design of transmission and distribution system, the constant pressure frequency conversion air supply system and the monitoring system based on data acquisition card and force control configuration, the strength test, the air tightness test, the test run of the system without load linkage and the whole load linkage test run are carried out. The experimental and test results and show the effectiveness of the system, which shows that the design of the transmission and distribution system and the monitoring system can provide an effective way for the establishment of centralized gas supply engineering.
