Biogas supply project not only alleviate the pressure of the energy shortage in the country, which also can reduce the pollution of the environment. In recent decades, China is issued to support the development of biogas supply project in the country, increase scale, improve automation level.In this paper, according to the actual situation rural biogas of Shanxi Province and provincial key scientific and technological projects:《Research on electromechanical integration equipment and control technology in supply project of waste straw convert biogas》.SO the team established experimental platform in Dong yang Town, Taiyuan City, Shanxi Province and present automatic control system study and monitoring system experimental analysis.This project proposal a method of the core platform of automatic control and monitoring system based on Lab VIEW. The data acquisition card acquire many sensors information and send to IPC.IPC store up the data acquisition for test analysis and make controlling solutions. Considering Shanxi Province winter weather are cold, methane fermentation cannot proceed. To improve biogas production rate and utilization of biogas supply project,, we designed a fermentation system of constant temperature by Fuzzy and PID toolkit in Lab VIEW. The system control solar hot water and ground-sourced heat pump realize fermentation at50degrees. It greatly improve biogas production rate.In order to ensure system security, we design alarm monitoring module. Because the system acquire a great deal data and produce never-ending quantities of data, we design a memory module to store the information in the database. We can view the most recent data as well as just viewing historical data by query module. Using trend graph module, we can directly investigate data and print report forms. We can not only realize remote control technology, but also use the communicating and video surveillance function of Lab VIEW to achieve remote video monitoring and control.The experiment show that this system efficiently monitoring, alarm, regulate main parameters of Large and medium-sized biogas supply project. It adopts advanced automation and constant temperature fermentation technique greatly improves biogas production rate and automation level. It provides technical supports for large and medium-sized biogas supply project in Shanxi province, which have higher application value.
