Solar biogas project solves the rural electricity, cooking, heating and so on by using biogas, solar energy which is a clean,low-carbon, renewable energy. It is a significance for building the new socialist countryside and low-carbon life that developing the solar biogas project. Monitoring the parameters of solar biogas project effectively, it provides an important reference value for how to obtain a stable, optimal gas production. In recent years, the rapid development of wireless monitoring technology was widely applied in industry, agriculture, national defense, medical, geological and other areas. Wireless monitoring system integrated disciplines, such as sensor, signal acquisition and processing, wireless communication, intelligent control and embedded technology, providing more stable, intelligent, accurate technology for monitor area.This topic has developed a monitoring devices that includes multi-sensor data acquisition, remote wireless transmission, host computer receiving and real-time monitoring. It realizes wireless monitoring for solar biogas project. This article mainly includes the following:Design the hardware for wireless monitoring system. It mainly includes the module circuit design and PCB board design. The module circuit comprises the the microcomputer system, signal acquisition and processing, real-time clock, LCD, wireless transmission, host computer receiver modules and so on. Signal acquisition modules consisted of the temperature and humidity, pressure, thermocouples and other sensors collect air temperature and humidity, rubber digester pressure, slurry temperature data and so on. It communicates with the host computer by nRF905 wireless sending and receiving modules. The system PCB design uses double sided boards for the signal acquisition, wireless transmission and receiver.Design the software for wireless monitoring system. Lower computer software system and PC software constitute the software system. Lower computer software write and debug the program, design and optimize arithmetic, achieve data acquisition and processing, interface display and wireless transmission and so on by the Keil C 51 software development tools. PC software achieve the communication with the host computer in Visual C++ environment. It use the MSComm serial control receiving data, processing data and saving data. The system use ADO and Access technology to achieve data retention, data query, data delete, print statements and so on.Wireless monitoring system achieves scene testing and operation. The system performs a scene test for the parameters of a solar biogas project which is about lkm away from the monitoring center. The test result attests that the system is rather stable, which achieve wireless monitor for parameters of the solar biogas project monitoring.
