Myzus persicae is a kind of main pests in agricultural production,it can spread a variety of virus disease and affect the yield and quality of the vegetables,on the other hand,long-term prevention and control of chemical pesticide has brought the serious problem called “3 R”.Botanical pesticide and insect fungal pesticides with strong specificity,high security,hard to become resistant,these advantages make them to be favored.We used the extacts of Illicium verum fruit(oil)and some kinds of Metarhizum mixed or single to dispose the bioactivity of M.persicae in this test.Then we reseached the bioactivity of CAT protective enzymes in the above time,so that we can verify whether the extracts of I.verum can strengthen the bioactivity of Metarhizum to M.persicae.It obtains the following main results.1 Inngredient organic solvent extraction of dried fruits and extracts analysisThe Illicium verum dried fruit were extracted by methanol,petroleum ether and ethyl acetate under 35 ?,with extraction rate were 20.10%,11.61% and 16.67% respectively.2 Contact activity on M.persicae by extracts from I.verum and Metarhizium used alone2.1 Contact activity on M.persicae by extracts from I.verumThe contact toxicity on M.persicae used three kinds of extracts from I.verum were ass-ayed by spray method and impregnation method,with four treatment concentration of 0.04,0.20,1.00 and 5.00 mg/m L.The results showed that three kinds of extracts have strong contact action on M.persicae.The LC50 of methanol,petroleum ether and ethyl acetate extract to M.persicae by spray method were 0.3809,0.1854 and 0.2660 mg/m L,the corre-cted mortality rates were 88.89%,98.29% and 95.73% with the concentration of 5.00 mg/m L,The LC50 were respectively 0.3809,0.1854 and 0.2660 mg/m L;and the corrected mo rtality rates were 13.16%,21.37% and 16.24% with the concentration of 0.04 mg/m L.It in-dicates that several extracts of I.verum to M.persicae biological activity is very low in this concentration.2.2 Contact activity on M.persicae by several kinds of MetarhiziumWe used four different kinds of Metarhizum which where M.fkavoviride Mf82,Mf04,M.anisopliae Ma60,Ma40,mixture concentration respectively for 1×108,1×107,1×106spore/ m L spore suspension,liquid spray method processing results show that the four kinds of bacterium in M.persicae has the strong contact activity.Concentration of 1×108of M.persicae mortality rates were 90.35%,65.83%,78.79% and 83.33% respectively.This shows that the activity of four kinds of Metarhizium of M.persicae Mf82 over Ma40 than Ma60 than Mf04,and four kinds of Metarhizum effect of M.persicae were increased with the concentration increased.3 The biological activity on M.persicae by extracts from I.verum and four kinds of Metarhizium mix3.1 contact activity on M.persicae by extracts from I.verum and four kinds of Metarhizium mixUsing spray method,a mixture of synergistic must be selected in single dose mortality rate is between 30% ~ 70% under the concentration of mix two single dose,the concentration of the mixed equal with they use the same level.This experiment adopts the three extracts concentration of 0.20 mg/m L,four kinds of Metarhizium Mf82,Mf04,Ma60,Ma40 concentrations(1×106,1×107,1×106,1×106spore/ m L).Results showed that the actual mortality rates were all higer than the theory mortality rates in the above 12 groups of treatment.Comapred with the c·f we can know that the c·f of Petroleum ether extract and M.fkavoviride Mf04 is 18.48,and petroleum ether extract and M.anisopliae is 15.63,these two treatments showed to additive effect,the others showed to synergy,because the c·f theirs are higher than 20.3.2 contact activity on M.persicae by low doses of extracts from I.verum and Metarhizium mixUsing spray method using low concentration of I.verum ethanol extract(0.04 mg/m L)and 1×108,1×107,1×106 spore/ m L in the concentration of several kinds of Metarhizium spore suspension of M.persicae contact activity.Results showed that when dealing with10 d,four kinds of M.fkavoviride Mf82,Mf04,M.anisopliae Ma60,Ma40 corrected mortality rates of M.persicae were 100.00%,88.89%,97.37% and 98.25%If no I.verum extract,the corrected mortality rates were 90.35%,65.83%,78.95,83.33%,It showed a great ascension.In the other side,LT50 was obviously in advance.For example of the concentration 1×106 spore/ m L,after digging little I.verum ethanol extract,LT50 advanced 3.36 d,9.97 d,4.88 d and 2.75 d.It shows that after adding the trace of I.verum extracts,several kinds of Metarhizum of M.persicae mortality rate has increased,and the infection period is accelerated,utility is more obvious.3.3 I.verum extracts and Metarhizum efficacy of combination of M.persicae experimentUsing low concentration(0.04 mg/m L)of I.verum ethanol extract and four kinds of Metarhizum mix1×108,1×107,1×106 spore/ m Lconcentration of potted M.persicae ofcabbage on pharmacodynamics,results showed that when dealing with cabbage 7d,in the concentration 1×108 spore/ m L,M.fkavoviride Mf82,Mf04,M.anisopliae Ma60,Ma40 correction of M.persicae control effect was 88.33%,74.69%,81.43% and 86.27%respectively,the same conditions with the effect of the control Mf82 effect is best,Mf04 strains the weakest.4 I.verum extracts with Metarhizum of M.persicae CAT protection enzymes in the body4.1 Concentration effect on CAT activities in M.persicaeThe activities of CAT in the body were measured after 3d on M.persicae by the extracts from I.verum of 0.04 mg / m L and four kinds of Metarhizum with three concentrations,which were 1 × 108,1 × 107,1 × 106spore/ m L.The results showed that the activities of CAT the body were inhibition,which the higher concentrations,the reinforced inhibition;different strains of M.fkavoviride Mf82 body CAT strongest inhibition,M.fkavoviride Mf04 weakest effect was positively correlated with the contact,and not added extracts from I.verum four strains active contrast,the former is slightly stronger inhibitory effect,indicating reduced CAT activity may have contributed to the death of M.persicae for one of the reasons.Whithin 0.04 mg / m L of ethanol extract of CAT inhibitory activity tiny,but added four kinds of bacteria among Metarhizium after that Metarhizium M.persicae in vivo inhibition of CAT achieve varying degrees of strengthening.4.2 Time effect on CAT activities in M.persicaeThe activities of CAT in the body were measured every 24 h on M.persicae by the extr acts from I.verum of 0.04 mg / m L and four kinds of Metarhizum with LC50(M.fkavovir-ide Mf82:9.62×105;M.fkavoviride Mf04: 1.29×107;M.anisopliae Ma60: 2.62×106;M.anisopliae Ma40:8.09×105),the results showed that the activities of CAT were activated which higher than the control treatment at 24 h,then the activities had different trends as the time prolonged,and the time of the lowest level was different,while were maintained at lower than the level of the control at last.The Metarhizum compare with without extrac ts from I.verum of 0.04 mg / m L,the lowest level of the former was significantly shorter.
