There are abundant plant resources in our country,and the plant itself and its metabolites contain rich utilization value.This article used trans-anisole as the research object,we tested the biological activity of 20 different species of plant pathogenic fungi,and selected the Botrytis cinerea Pers.which has the best inhibitory effect as the test bacteria for the further research.The main result are shown as follows1?The results of the antifungal activity of Illicium verum extract and trans-anisole on the pathogenic fungi Both of them had a certain inhibitory effect on the pathogenic fungi,and both of them had a good inhibitory effect on the Botrytis cinerea.According to the initial screening results,the relationship between the concentration of l.verum extract and trans-anisole and its antifungal activity was studied in this paper,It was found that there was a positive correlation between the change of concentration and antifungal activity.The antimicrobial activity of Illicium verum extract and trans-anisole was highest at 48 h.2?After treatment of the mycelia of Botrytis cinerea Pers.by the trans-anisole at 1 mg·m 1-1,we can observed under the microscope that the mycelia vary in thickness and its surface has bumps,The substance dissolved within the mycelium becomes reduced or lost.When measuring the conductivity of mycelium,trans-anisole was found to increase the electrical conductivity,At the same time,the content of soluble protein,reducing sugar and pyruvic acid in the mycelium was reduced to different degrees.3?By transcriptome sequencing of trans-anisole on Botrytis cinerea Pers.,we obtained 44.00Gb Clean Data from the sample and the amount of Clean Data all reached 7.31Gb in each sample.The base percentage of Q30 is 94.84%or more.Clean Reads of each sample was compared with the specified reference genome,The comparison efficiency ranges from 79.88%to 83.91%,Based on comparing the results,The number of new genes found to be 334,among them,there are 173 genes for functional annotation,4731 genes have been optimized for the structure,...
