Sapium sebiferum is a deciduous tree species with high economic value.It is one of the major woody oil trees in China.In Anhui Province,It is mainly distributed in Dabieshan Mountain and the southern mountain of Anhui province.The seeds of S.sebiferum are not only raw materials of household chemicals and food industry,but also important biomass energy.Although its,use is widespread,but the high yield and quality of S.sebiferum seeds is few.The study is selecting Superior individuals of S.sebiferum in Dabieshan and the southern Mountain in Anhui province,and ISSR-PCR molecular marker are used to distinguish superior individuals of S.sebiferum by DNA genetic maps.analysis of the fine individual phylogenetic.The main results are as follows:(1)According to the selection criteria,combined with botanic characters of S.sebiferum individuals,Hefei No.6,Jinzhai No.4,Jinzhai No.8,Yi county No.4,Yi county No.5 were selected as superior individuals of S.sebiferum.In all good plants,S.sebiferum var.conferticarpa accounts for a high proportion,Thousand-grain weight is more than 200 g.In poor site conditions,its' seeds are very white,low moisture and high quality.(2)Yield per unit crown,the proportion of bearing branch etc.are important indicators of S.sebiferum seeds selection.Yield per unit crown is positively correlated with the proportion of bearing branch,thousand-grain weight,etc.Thousand-grain weight is not correlated with the proportion of skin oil or catalpa oil.There is positively correlated between the proportion of skin oil and the seed oil(3)In this experiment,The amplified strips can distinguish six test materials and establish six superior individual DNA genetic profiles.The results laid the foundation for the next step by means of molecular biological identification for S.sebiferum varieties.(4)Although the plants of the same species group growing in different places,the plant which the morphologic features similar species traits,is close in molecular biology.Suitable primers can be used to distinguish the merits of the chinese tallow tree varieties easily.Amplification of five superior individuals by conducting ISSR-PCR showed that molecular biology to identify tallow trees is feasible.
