Bamboo is a kind of important forest resources, even Chinese bamboo resource is rich,Edible fungus is widely consumed for delicious taste, and it has a wealth of business value and medicinal value[1].As the world's largest consumer and producer of edible fungi,Chinese edible fungus consumption exceed 70% of the world in 2015.Mushroom cultivation spending a lot of wood,it aggravate “Jun Lin contradiction”.This study is based on some characteristics such as sciophilous character of edible fungus, and canopy height of bamboo forest[2].We explore courageously the interplanting technology of edible fungi and bamboo forest, and explore their composite business model to provide certain research basis for production practice. The experiment selected 6 kinds of edible fungi(Pleurotus ostreatus,Pleurotus geesteranus,Pleurotus citrinopileatus,Pleurotus cornucopiae,Agaricus blazei Murrill and Morchella esculenta)to cultivate in laboratory and bamboo forest. The research results were as follows:1.According to the object law of bamboo shoots, and the growth characteristics of different varieties of edible fungi and compound management difficulty,we established the three kinds of compound management pattern. They are moso bamboo forest and the mushroom(Pleurotus geesteranus,Pleurotus cornucopiae)winter-spring composite operation mode;Moso bamboo forest and the mushrooms(Pleurotus ostreatus,Pleurotus citrinopileatus)summer-autumn compound management mode;Moso bamboo forest and the mushrooms(Agaricus blazei Murrill,Morchella esculenta)compound business model respectively.2.Through the cultivation of pre-culture spawn in laboratory,we get the cultivation optimal condition fitting above the original species of edible fungi(Pleurotus ostreatus,Pleurotus geesteranus,Pleurotus citrinopileatus,Pleurotus cornucopiae,Agaricus blazei Murrill),through stock culture in laboratory. The stock culture result is as follow: Potato 24%,sucrose 2%,KH2PO4 1%,Anhydrous Mg SO4 0.5%,peptone 0.2%,bran 1%,VB1 0.10%,Water 1000 ml,Rice 50%,culture temperature is 22?.Agaricus blazei Murrill overgrow with medium about 30 days, and other edible mushrooms needs about 20 days.Morchella esculenta Stock culture optimal condition is as follow: Potato 200g/L,sucrose 20g/L,agar 20g/L,peptone 1g/L,VB1 1g/L,culture temperature is 25?,and culture period is 15 days.3.The production species of oyster mushrooms(Pleurotus ostreatus,Pleurotus geesteranus,Pleurotus citrinopileatus and Pleurotus cornucopiae)optimal condition are as follow: Tea leaves 76%,wheat bran 20%,lime 2%,gypsum 2%,material vs water 1:1.4,culture temperature is 24?,culture period is about 25 days.Agaricus blazei Murrill spawn production optimal condition is as follow:Jun Cao materials 76%,corn flour 8%,wheat bran 5%,lime powder 1%,culture temperature is 23?,culture period is about 25 days.Morchella esculenta spawn production optimal condition is as follow:Jun Cao materials 42%,wood chips 25%,grains 25%,wheat bran 5%,soil 3%,culture temperature 25%,culture period is 30 days.4.Six kinds of edible fungus had been cultivated in bamboo forest, which use JUNCAO,tea leaves and shell of bamboo shoots as the main cultivation materials, digging furrow at study plot. The production of the oyster mushrooms(Pleurotus geesteranus and Pleurotus cornucopiae)generated from waste tea leaves materials were 1.05 Kg/m2 and 1.57Kg/m2,respectively,and had a higher production(1.26kg/m2 and 3.72kg/m2,respectively)which generated from JUNCAO materials.Nevertheless,The mushrooms generated from waste tea leaves materials have advantages in low cost and ecological benefit. The yield of oyster mushrooms(Pleurotus ostreatus and Pleurotus citrinopileatus)using bamboo shell as main materials are 5.93kg/m2,1.88kg/m2,respectively,accounted for 44.06%,20.15% of those obtained from saw dusts. The yield of Agaricus blazei Murrill and Morchella esculenta generated from JUNCAO meterials are 0.83kg/m2,0.15kg/m2.5.Edible mushrooms were cultivated in the bamboo forest, the content of soil nutrient elements(N,P,K)had been increased.,the soil acidification has been effectively alleviated.Overall,it has a positive stimulus for the sustainable management of bamboo forest.6.In studying the ecological compound business model of bamboo forest and edible fungus,we can get a conclusion that the compound business of mosobamboo with edible fungus in spring and winter season will bring higher yield, better fungus mushroom quality, less diseases and low polluti on rate.On the side, cultivation method is simple and yield is also high to the same compound busin ess in summer and autumn season, but there are hyphae bacterial pollution easily because of high te mperature in summer. To the compound business of mosobamboo with rarely precious fungus, the c ultivation method is complex, demand condition is high, the cultivation process is not easy to control, and the yield is low.But it still has a very large market development potential because that as rare medical fungus, agaricus blazei murill and morchella have great application value and higher marke t price. The method using bamboo, fungus grass and tealeaf as the materials to cultivate edible fung us,has a great potential advantage.7.When we not calculate bamboo and bamboo shoot production, the input and output ratio of the compound management mode of spring-winter is 1:1.34,economic profit is 85,400RMB/hm2;the input and output ratio of the compound management mode of summer- autumn is 1:1.54,economic profit is 143,500RMB/hm2;the input and output ratio of the compound management mode of rare edible fungus is 1:1.6,economic profit is 161,233RMB/hm2;Ordinary bamboo forest,a hectare of economic profit is 6117 RMB.Benefits of moso bamboo forest and edible fungus agroforestry management mode is higher than common management of bamboo forest.
