The experiment was designed to study the impact of different dietary protein level on production performance, quality, blood enzyme activity and expression of IGF-1and GH genes of Antler, so as to provide a date for the application of most appropriate levels of dietary protein nutrition and improve antler yield in Karst mountainous area of Gui Zhou.Select 4-year-old deer 27, were randomly assigned to three different groups(?group 9, ? group 10, ? group of 8), Each group dietary supplement with different protein nutrition level(?: 28%, ?: 24%, ?: 20%).The experiment duration was 98 days, The antler yield, quality, blood enzyme activity and expression of IGF-1 and GH genes was measured by feeding trials. The results were listed as follow:1?The third group of antler weight were significantly higher than the other two groups(P<0.05); The third group of antler diameter, antler length, antler base circumference, antler head circumference and antler body circumference were significantly higher than the other two groups(P<0.05); The third group of antler blood weight, antler base diameter, antler base circumference, antler head circumference higher than the other two groups, but it was not significant(P>0.05).2?Antler tissues of moisture content in the different dietary protein level is not significant(P>0.05), antler tissues of protein and ash content between group one and group three is significantly different(P<0.05), fat content in each group is not significant difference(P>0.05); antler tissues of Aspartic acid, threonine, serine, glutamic acid, valine, isoleucine, leucine, tryptophan acid between group one andgroup three is significantly different(P<0.05), antler tissues of Arginine arginine between group two and group three is significantly different(P<0.05), antler tissues of Glycine, alanine, methionine, tyrosine, phenylalanine, histidine, lysine amino acid, cysteine in each group difference is not significant(P>0.05); antler tissues of oleic acid, stearic acid and arachidonic acid in each group is not significant difference(P>0.05), the second group of linoleic acid, linolenic acid, arachidonic acid content is the highest, and arachidonic acid content in each group is significantly different(P<0.05), antler tissues of DHA between group one and group three is significantly different(P<0.05); antler tissues of Iron, Sodium, Aluminu, Copper, Zinc,Barium, Manganese, Cobalt in each group difference is not significant(P>0.05).3?Antler tissues of ALT, AST, ALP, LDH, ?-GT, CK and ?-HBDH enzymatic activity in three groups of dietary protein levels is no significant influence(P>0.05);dietary protein levels with ALT, AST, ALP, LDH and CK were positively correlated, which was extremely significan positively correlated with LDH(P <0.01), dietary protein levels with ?-GT ? ?-HBDH enzymatic activity negative correlation.4 ? The relative gene expression of IGF-1 and GH gene were analyzed by SYBR Green real-time PCR to antler tissues diets with different protein levels. The results showed IGF-1 expression level was stable in group one, group two, group three,IGF-1 expression level in antler tissue was decreased with the increase of protein level, antler tissues of expression is the highest in group three, IGF-1 gene expression in group three were significantly higher than group one and group two(P<0.05), The GH gene expression level was high-protein group in antler tissues,GH gene expression in group one were significantly higher than group two and group three(P<0.05).
