To explore the reasonable fertilization technique in high yield and quality of Stachys sieboldii Miq, Stachys sieboldii Miq as experimental materials was carried out to study the effects of application of N?P?K, different nitrogen forms and organic fertilizer on growth, yield and quality of Stachys sieboldii Miq.Give the suitable ratio of N?P?K, nitrogen forms and the amounts of organic fertilizer, so as to provide a theoretical basis for the promotion of Stachys sieboldii Miq cultivation and high yield.The main conclusions are as follows:(1) In the test, high nitrogen and phosphorus can promote the plant height, stem diameter, increase the number of branches and SPAD values. Within a certain range,potassium fertilizer can promote the increase in plant height and SPAD values.Ammonium Sulfate can promote plant height, stem diameter, increasing the number of branches and SPAD values. Appropriate amount of organic fertilizer can promote the plant height, stem diameter, increasing the number of branches and SPAD values.(2) Aboveground dry matter accumulation of Stachys sieboldii Miq increased with the growth progress at first and then decreased. High nitrogen can promote the accumulation of aboveground dry matter, and potassium increased tuber dry matter accumulation. During growth period, tuber dry matter accumulation increased gradually. The dry matter accumulation and proportion of tubers as N2P3K1 have maximum values and have significant differences with N0P0K0. Ammonium Sulfate is effective in promoting the tuber dry substances accumulation and increasing the proportion of tuber dry matter. When organic fertilizer was 10005kg/hm2, the dry matter weight of tuber reached maximum.(3) Tubers per plant, single tuber weight, proportion of large tubers and yield of Stachys sieboldii Miq as N2P3K1 have maximum values and have significant differences with N0P0K0. Yield reaches 18992.00 kg/hm2, increasing by 49.86%.Ammonium Sulfate is conducive in increasing tubers per plant, single tuber weight,proportion of large tubers and yield, and have a significant differences with T0. Yield reaches 17429.13 kg/hm2, significantly increasing by 62.02% ? 19.41% ? 28.21%,compared to T0?T2?T3. Within a certain amount, organic fertilizer can significantly increase the tubers per plant, single tuber weight, proportion of large tubers and yieldof Stachys sieboldii Miq. Yield reaches 18599.51 kg/hm2, increasing by 60.61%.(4) Phosphorus, potassium are conducive in increaseing water-soluble sugars,starch and reducing sugar content of tubers, and phosphate is a more critical factor in determining the content of the three than nitrogen and potassium. Nitrogen is a more critical factor in determining the protein content than phosphorus and potassium.Protein content rises with the application rate of nitrogen fertilizer increasing.Water-soluble sugars, starch and sugar content of tubers as N2P3K1 have maximum values and have significant differences with N0P0K0, increasing by 16.91%?90.06%?30.58%. Protein content as N3P2K1 has maximum value significantly increasing by13.74% compared with N0P0K0. Urea can effectively promote water-soluble sugar,reducing sugar and protein content, significantly increasing 0.93%?89.71%?0.92%compared to T0. Ammonium Sulfate is in favor of increasing the starch content,significantly increasing by 23.46% compared with T0.. When organic fertilizer was10005kg/hm2, quality characters of tuber research maximum values, significantly increasing 15.79%?70.26%?37.35%?25.02% compared with CK.(5) The N ? K absorption of plant as N2P2K3 have maximum values, the P absorption of plant as N2P3K1 has maximum value.(6) Potassium, phosphorus absorption between yield was significantly positive correlation.(7) In this study, the optimum amount of fertilizer was pure N 150.00kg/hm2,P2O5 135.00kg/hm2, K2 O 225.00kg/hm2. Ammonium Sulfate combining Urea are best for Stachys sieboldii Miq than single nitrogen. Ammonium can increase production significantly, and Urea can improve quality effectively. When organic fertilizer was10005kg/hm2, it significantly enhance and improve the yield and quality of Stachys sieboldii Miq compared with other treatments.
