Effects Of Main Cultivation Measures On The Contents Of Main Nitrogen Compounds And The Yield And Quality Of Sun-Cured Red Tobacco

Influence of different nitrogen fertilizer application levels and organic fertilizer rate and nitrogen forms and topping stages of sun-cured red tobacco on the main nitrogen compounds and the yield and quality were studied through field experiment in Fenghuang county ,the city of Hunan province. The results showed that:1. The amount of nitrogen fertilizer application had obvious effects on the accumulation and the content of the nicotine. With increasing the nitrogen fertilizer-application level, the rate of Nicotine accumulation increase after topping, and the content of nicotine increase obviously. This influence enhance from lug to upper leaves. With adding the amount of nitrogen fertilizer-application, the accumulation of nicotine in roots, stem and leaves increased, the rate of nicotine in leaves and roots increased, but decreased in stem, the contents of nitrate and nitrite increased and the flounce on cutter and lug leaves was more than upper leaves, the contents of protein and total free amino acid in all leaves increased. The relative studies showed that the correlation of nitrogen compounds was highly significant at 1% level with the amount of nitrogen fertilizer.With increasing the amount of nitrogen fertilizer application, the yield, the rate of the superior class leaves, the average price and the value all increased. The total economic benefits were best by applying 135 kg/hm~2. The result of smoking test showed that increasing the amount of nitrogen fertilizer application was good to enhance the style degrees, aroma volume and taste concentration, it could met the need of physiological strength, but the biting taste became strong, so it was best to apply nitrogen fertilizer by 135 kg/hm~2.2. In the condition of the same amounts of nitrogen fertilizer-application, with increasing the organic fertilizer level, the accumulation rate and contents of the nicotine in cutter and upper leaves was increased under the rate of 25% and decreased excess the rate of 25%. The accumulation rate and contents of the nicotine in lug leaves was increased with the organic fertilizer level increasing. Increasing the amount of organic fertilizer application, the accumulation amounts of nicotine in roots, stem and leaves decreased, but this had no effects on the allotment rate in every organs, and the contents of nitrate, nitrite and the protein decreased, and the contents of total free amino acid increased.The rate of organic fertilizer had a certain effects on the yield and the economic benefits. The average price and the rate of the superior class leaves were all improved excess rate of 25%, but the yield decreased, the value firstly increased and then decreased.
