So, improve the nutrition conditions for the health thrive of Guangdong tea has become an urgent need problem to solve at today’s tea garden.For the study of microbial fertilizer is used in the tea garden effect, choose 3 microbial fertilizer experiment. The test choose different fertilizers, namely general tea fertilizer, specific solid tea fertilizer and specific liquid tea fertilizer, at the same time the fertilizer is not applied for, so the first observation tea trees growth rate and stirring, new tip indices such as output changes during a certain period, to explore different microbial fertilizer treatment on germination and growth behavior of fresh tea condition and the influence of the spring tea production. Then microbial fertilizer will be treated as different for autumn roasted green tea and autumn black tea by measuring the tea contains ingredients, to which contain substances were determined and the review of the senses, comprehensive analysis the three kinds of microbial fertilizer on aqueous extract, flavonoid, catechin, theine, amino acid, then provide suggestions for different production needs in the future to effectively improve the yield and quality of tea.Experimental results show that tea trees stirring time is different of the different microbial fertilizers treatment, use specific solid tea fertilizer tree bud germination ratio of 4 d in advance; General fertilizer application of tea and specific liquid tea fertilizer of tea tree bud germination ratio 2-3 d in advance. Three kinds of microbial fertilizer processing a bud stage leaf and one bud two leaves than in 2-5 d in advance. Applying specific solid tea fertilizer, tea tree leaf bud, fish leaf roll, a bud leaf extension, one bud two leaves extension and a bud trilobites extension was ahead of time to compare with the control group and the use of two other fertilizers in the same conditions, so the application of ecological tea solid to promote buds sprout early has the obvious role in promoting. Three fertilizer treatments of new tip growth rate obviously fast, Specific fertilizer of tea processing is to growth, so the specific solid tea fertilizer is with the most significant effect, which increased 49.0% than the control group, the second is specific solid tea fertilizer. From the experiment result, different methods have different effects on tea new shoots grow, the results showed that the tea tree application of microbial fertilizer has obvious role in promoting growth of new shoots, the best is specific liquid tea fertilizer.Application of microbiological fertilizer can improve the tea production. Comparing with the control group, the yield of general tea fertilizer, specific solid tea fertilizer and specific liquid tea fertilizer has increased by 1.6%, 7.9% and 19.0% respectively. Application of three kinds of microbial fertilizer, from an average yield of fresh tea leaves(g /㎡) and fertilization for four months to the analysis of the total output, specific liquid tea fertilizer is best, the second is specific solid tea fertilizer.Specific tea fertilizer can change aqueous extract, flavone, catechin, tea polyphenol and soluble sugar obviously. Specific solid tea fertilizer change catechin, amino acid obviously, the amino acid content just decreased 0.54%. Specific liquid tea fertilizer change catechin, caffeine obviously, which caffeine levels fell by 0.85% only. Applying general fertilizer can make the tea polyphenol content increased from 22.59% to 22.59%, increased by 11.39%.Tea from fresh leaves contain composition analysis, specific solid tea fertilizer suitable for autumn roasted processing green tea, general treatment for autumn black tea.3 microbial fertilizers can improve the tea contains material content, and improve the tea the review score of the senses. In autumn roasted processing green tea, all sorts of different microbial fertilizer processing total sensory evaluation score of high to low order is specific solid tea fertilizer > general fertilizer > specific liquid tea fertilizer > control group; In the autumn black tea, the different total microbial fertilizer processing sensory evaluation score of high to low order is general fertilizer > specific solid tea fertilizer > specific liquid tea fertilizer > control group.
