Ordered pneumatic throwing technology uses plastic seedling plate, they are independent of each other, effectively prevent the spread of disease, short time of turning green, have a significant effect of increase rice yield. Using compressed-gas to produce high-speed compressible flow acting on the rice seedling from the hole of plastic plate, so there is no seedling injury, no hurt the roots phenomenon, and it has become the important development direction of the rice planting machine.The typical rice throwing transplantation technology of domestic and foreign are introduced and compared firstly, and pointed out the advantages and disadvantages. Focuses on the working principle and characteristics of high speed paddy-seedling ordered pneumatic throwing machine, it is suitable in our country for Rice planting. On the basis of the predecessors, have a land and paddy field test on 2ZQP-5 high-speed pneumatic throwing machine. Some problems found in the experiment: more serious soil adhesion, paddy piled up and rice seedlings missed after working for a period of time, seriously affecting cast transplanting rice effect; the prototype requires manual send seedlings, the average efficiency of the machine needs to be improved. we analysis the problem has been exposed during the course of the experiments, then put forward the improvement measures. Through a large number of test, ultimately improving the working performance of rice seedling transplanter.In this paper, studied and improved the phenomenon that working devices filled with rice seedlings and soil. Through the analysis find that there is a big adhesive force between soil and seedling-guiding tube, as long as to overcome this adhesion force between soil and seedling-guiding tube, the seedling stay phenomenon does not occur. By drawing from Hertz elastic contact model by drawing on established theoretical model and soil adhesion of soil and pot seedling-guiding tube collision analyzed theoretically, find a solution that install elastic flap on existing seedling-guiding tube, after testing found soil adhesion phenomenon reduced significantly, the consequent of viscosity reduction is remarkable.In this paper, analyzed the status of force acting on pot seedling. Through the analysis find that the nozzle angle reduced, the gas pressure of pot seedling reduced correspondingly; however airflow nozzle angle can not be reduced arbitrarily, also need to meet the requirements when the seedling in bore hole is not due to the vibration of the machine and themselves from seedling plate, to meet the work requirements.In this paper, using the magnetic valve to replace the mechanical valve and designed the control circuit. Effectively solved the problems that mechanical valve easily damaged, large gas consumption, high maintenance costs, designed the magnetic valve control circuit, the control consequent is good.In this paper, design and produced the automatic continue seedlings plate test-bed. Used the test-bed we can go on various parameters experiment research of throwing equipment, at the same time also effective verification the feasibility of the improvement of the throwing equipment.In this paper, designed the circuit control part of the test-bed. In allusion to the operation requirement of automatic continue seedlings plate test-bed, designed the drive system and automatic continue seedlings plate system circuit control part of the working device. Through the experimental debugging, the control effect comply with the design requirements: simple to operate, responding quickly.In this paper, designed three factors three levels orthogonal experiment for throwing device. In summary analysis on the basis of previous studies and research, selected nozzle angle, rotary speed, air pressure three orthogonal experimental factors, results show that the air flow nozzle angle of 15°, the cylinder speed 30 r / min, airflow pressure of 0.5 MPa, the rice seedlings missed rate and soil adhesion rate is the lowest, provides basis for throwing device working parameters of improvement.Finally, use high speed photography to studied seedling moving condition after installation of elastic flap. Found that after seedling elastic flap collision deformation seedling will stretch the elastic baffle, the soil will not stick attached on it. In addition, when the air flow nozzle angle increases, most seedlings rebound onto seedling plate, the seedlings appear leakage phenomenon, so the airflow nozzle angle should not too large.
