| This study collects three Moringa Oleifera samples of different varieties coming from two growing areas, and measures their main nutrients, special nutrients and anti-nutrit ional factor tannin content;Uses sichuan white geese as the test animals so as to measure th emetabolic energy and nutrient utilization of Moringa Oleifera. Explores the impact of diffe rent Moringa Oleifera usage amount on 22-70-day-old growth performance, slaughter performance, serum biochemical index, intestinal morp Hology index, organ index, etc,so as to provide a reference for scientific applications of Moringa in the goose feed.The test contains four parts:1) analyzing the nutritional content by gathering two origi ns, three varieties of Moringa Oleifera samples,and measuring the dry matter, crude protein,crude fiber, crude fat, calcium, p Hosp Horus, various hydrolytic amino acid, crude polysacc haride and flavonoids of them.2) measuring metabolic energy and nutrient utilization rates on Moringa Oleifera through empty-force-feeding method and measuring metabolic energy and some nutrient utilization rates of 3 species of animals on Moringa Oleifera through calc ulation; 3)Using the biomimetic method to dry matter of moringa utilization and metabolism were determined. Using bionic digestive apparatus for determination of goose can moringa utilization rate of dry matter and metabolism. 4) conducting a single-factor test: select 1080 22-day-old Qingyuan geese with similar weight, random Ly divided into 6 treatments, each treatment 6 repetitions(male female half) and each repetition 28 geese, each processing of the diet uses 0%, 2%, 4%, 6%, 8% and 10% levels of moringa respectively.the test period lasting seven weeks.The experiment result shows,(1) In the three varieties of Moringa, there are higher content of dry matter, 91.51%, 93.83% and 93.59% respectively, lower and noticeably different content of crude protein, crude fat, calcium and p Hosp Horus.The crude protein content is between 5.71% ~ 13.62%, crude fat content is between 0.95% ~ 2.21%, calcium content is between 0.81% ~ 1.16%, the total p Hosp Horus content is between 0.14% ~ 0.24%.Crude ash, crude fiber, NDF, ADF content is higher, and the differences. Crude ash content is between 5.45% ~ 7.19%, crude fiber content in between 25.34% ~ 47.43%, NDF content is between 52.72% ~ 73.29%, ADF content is between 33.75% ~ 54.27%.(2) Noticeably different content of crude polysaccharide and flavonoids, the former between 0.73g/kg-1.41g/kg, the latter between 76.6mg/kg~323mg/kg, and lower content of unevenly distributed amino acids, glutamic acid at the top and methionine bottom. When using Moringa Oleifera in practice, pay attention to adding protein feed.(3)There is a significant difference in the metabolic energy and utilization rate of some nutrients of geese on Moringa Oleifera stem leaf powder and Mooringa Oleifera stem powder. Utilization rate and metabolic energy of Moringa Oleifera stem leaf powder is significantly higher than that of Mooringa Oleifera stem powder.(4)By comparing the bionic digestion method and biological method contrast determination,there is a difference in the metabolic energy and dry material rate.the Utilization rate and metabolic energy from biological method are lower than the other.(5)With increasing usage of Moringa Oleifera, gain feed ratio of qingyuan geese at 22-70 days old is on the rise, and in case of Moringa Oleifera usage at 8%, gain feed ratio of geese is significantly higher than that of control group(P <0.05).(6)Usage amount of Moringa Oleifera has a significant effect on the carcass production rate(P <0.05), the chest rate and the leg muscle rate of 70-day-old qingyuan geese. With the increase in the usage amount of Moringa Oleifera, the carcass production rate declines; When the usage at 6%,gain leg muscle rate of geese is significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05);and in case of Moringa Oleifera usage at 10%,gain chest rate of geese is significantly lower than that of control group(P <0.05) and chest muscle rate is significantly higher than that of control group(P <0.05).(7)There is no significant difference in the heart, liver, kidney, liver, pancreas and other organs index of 70-day-old qingyuan geese(P>0.05),but there is a notable influence on muscular stomach index(P<0.05).muscular stomach index is significantly higher than that of control group in case of Moringa Oleifera usage at 10%(P<0.05).(8)There is no significant difference in flesh, chest muscle PH, the relative length and weight of the intestinal of 70-day-old qingyuan geese(P>0.05)(9)There is no significant difference in serum globulin, white balls than, triglycerides, total cholesterol, high-density lipoprotein cholesterol of 70-day-old qingyuan geese(P>0.05),and in case of Moringa Oleifera usage at 10%, serum alanine aminotransferase is significantly higher than that of control group(P <0.05).To sum up, for Moringa Oleifera is a high-fiber feeding stuff, the recommended amount of Moringa Oleifera in the geese diet is less than 8%, and when using Moringa Oleifera, pay attention to add protein feed as supplement. |
