Pleurotus geesteranus and Pleurotus cornucopiac are all belonging to Basidiomycetes, Agaricales, Pleurotaceae. P. geesteranus are an excellent source of proteins, vitamins and saccharide and unsaturated fatty acid, folic acid and trace elements, which was also highly recognized for its fleshy and delicious taste and functions of antitumor, good oxidation resistance and lipid-lowering and cholesterol-lowering effects. The mycelium of P. geesteranus has the high saprophytic ability and environmental adaptability and high conversion ratio. P.cornucopiac are rich in vitamin, polypeptide, protein, flavone, total acid and minerals, as well as bioactive substances such like enzyme inhibitors, lectin and polysaccharide. P.cornucopiac mycelial has excellent capacity of break down the lignin and fibrin and strong resistance. P.geesteranus and P.cornucopiac has great developing value and application prospect. Often feed can somewhat improve metabolism and enhance a constitution. In the research, liquorice dregs were used as main ingredients with different accessories to study the effect of different materials on two edible fungus. A systemic synthetic research of biological characteristics of P.geesteranus and P.cornucopiac, optimization of mother culture media and liquorice dregs medium, and nutrimental composition detection can not only increase the additional value of agricultural products and byproducts, build an ecological circular agriculture economic structure, and provide technical support of factory extensive manufacturing. The study has a positive sense to promote the edible fungi cultivation's sustainable and healthy development regionally and even nationally. The detail information is as follows:1.Biological CharacteristicsFor P. geesteranus, the best carbon and nitrogen sources were maltose and yeast powder. The optimum p H was 7.5, and it grows fast at the range of p H 5-8.0 Comparatively, on p H 8 mycelia grow loosely and yellow. The mycelia grows fastest at 27?, and the range of optimum temperature for growth is 24-30?.For P.cornucopiac, the best carbon and nitrogen sources were fructose and yeast powder. The optimum p H was 7.5, and it grows fast at the range of p H 6.5-8.0. The mycelia grows fastest at 27?, and the range of optimum temperature for growth is 24-30?.2.Optimization of mother culture mediaResult of optimization of mother culture media on P. geesteranus: 2.43% fructose, 0.53% yeast powder, 0.10% MgSO4?7H2O, 0.29% KH2PO4, p H8.5, 8.2 mg/L VB1. Result of optimization of mother culture media on P.cornucopiac: 2.6% fructose, 0.8% yeast powder, 0.32% MgSO4?7H2O, 0.42% KH2PO4, p H5.7, 10.06mg/L VB1.3.Optimization of liquorice dregs mediumResult of optimization of licorice dregs medium of P. geesteranus: 16.09% sawdust, 18.59% cottonseed hulls, 18.59% corn cob, 10.05% straw powder, 13.63% bagasse, 11.15% liquorice dregs, 11.15% bran, 0.74% lime. Yield of Optimized Formula reached 516.98 g, which was increased by 34.05% compared to that of the Formula No.8 without liquorice dregs.Result of optimization of liquorice dregs medium on P.cornucopiac: 15.00% sawdust, 18.43% cottonseed hulls, 15.82% corncob, 13.50% straw powder, 13.31% bagasse, 11.05% liquorice dregs, 11.06% bran, 1.84% lime. Yield of Optimized Formula reached 526.25 g, which was increased by 32.27% compared to that of the Formula No.8 without liquorice dregs.4.The nutrimental composition of cultivating P.geesteranus with different formulasExperimental results show that the experimental group of moisture, ash, total sugar, polysaccharides, protein, crude fiber, crude fat and total flavonoids significant difference. Per 100 g dried mushroom the crude fiber content of P.geesteranus which were cultured on the medium No.6 were 8.10 g, higher than the other formulas. The content of total sugar and polysaccharides of P.geesteranus which were cultured on the medium No.1 were 29.35 g, 2.89 g, higher than the other formulas. The content of crude protein and crude fat of P.geesteranus which were cultured on the medium No.2 were highest, respectively achieve 22.27 g and 2.81 g. No.10 got the highest content of ash of 6.69 g. Medium No.6 was the highest one and had 2.95%of total flavonoids while Medium No.8 was the lowest one and had only 1.86% of total flavonoids.5. The nutrimental composition of cultivating P.cornucopiac with different formulasThe nutrimental composition of 10 formulas: The content of polysaccharides, Per 100 g dried mushroom total sugar and ash of P.cornucopiac which were cultured on the medium No.7 were: 2.95g?27.84 g?6.29 g higher than the other formulas. Medium No.4 had the highest content of crude fiber of 7.94 g. The content of crude protein of P.cornucopiac which were cultured on the medium No.1 were highest, achieves 27.96 g. There exist significant differences in content of total flavonoids of P.cornucopiac with different mediums. Medium No.3 was the highest one of 2.86 g, medium No.5 and No.8 were the lowest of 1.79 g.
