Pleurotus geesteranus is a mushroom growing in tropical and subtropical regions,it also known as the India Abalone Mushroom.This paper attempts to pick up matrix formulations suit to high yield cultivation of Pleurotus geesteranus based on local raw materials;and explores regularities to reduce pests occurrence,selected green and healthy methods of pest control,that to enhance the level of development of Pleurotus geesteranus industry in Zoucheng.The results are as follows:1.There are 17 kinds of cultivation formulas were compounded on the basis of the suitable carbon and nitrogen ratio principle,and the raw materials are straw powder,corn straw powder,cow dung and other 11 kinds of crop cultivations that the local materials wastes easy to get.It had significant differences in the average growth rate of mycelia,the effect of the bud time and the biological efficiency in different matrix formulas.Between the growth rate and the budding days had no significant relationship,and the health and the yield of mycelia had a certain correlations.The contamination rate was negatively correlated with the yield of Pleurotus geesteranus.There is a certain difference between the yield and total yield in different cultivation formulas.60%cotton seed shellis screening,cow dung,ratio of 20%20%,cod substrate,hypha growing fastest,budding earlier,the highest yield,still can save production cost and management cost,is suitable for popularization and application in the factory efficient cultivation conditions.2.The prevention and control of edible fungi pests should be aimed at the types of edible fungi and their growth and development characteristics,and the types and harm characteristics of pests,to seize the critical period of pest control.First,to avoid the use of phoxim pesticide that have strong inhibition effect on mycelium to use at the varieties of soil covered cultivation,and using the above pesticide mixing to sterilize bacteria and eggs are also prohibited.Second,it is the main task to eliminate the insect adults,Phoxim of diptera larva prevention and treatment effect is best,when diluted multiples for 1000 times,2000 times,3000 times,were 100%;Matrine 500 times,1000 times and 1500 times efficient cypermethrin,abamectin 1000 times and 1500 times 1500 times,imidacloprid,such as process control effect is better,more than 80%.Third,the drug used during the fruiting period shoule pay attention to the concentration of pesticide,and avoid residual fruit deformity and the residual of pesticide,use pesticide properly Matrine and abamectin and efficient cypermethrin three agent concentration of various processing pleurotus geesteranus sporocap growth had no adverse effects..Fourth,it is important to strength fild management,timely deal with waste,to maintain environmental hygiene and eliminate the source of insects.
