Tractor as the main agricultural machinery, its main function lies in the cultivation of crops,planting, sowing, receiving and other operations. The appearance of the shape of complex structure, which is the joint anchored more tractors using electrostatic spraying technology has brought great difficulty. At present, most domestic enterprises have paint utilization and low efficiency problems in the large wheel chassis spray coating. The appearance quality of the coating is different from the individual differences of workers. In addition, the coating operation also caused pollution to the environment.With the implementation of effective regional sales strategy of big wheel tractor products,Dongfanghong big horsepower wheeled tractor has stable performance, cost-effective, able to meet the market demand. This series of products the user reflect good, market demand is strong.In this case, there is a resolute decision, in the industrial park, building a new horsepower tractor chassis coating line, coating production capacity and improve the quality of coating, lay the foundation for the period of the battle started a comprehensive series of tractor. At the same time,the new painting line should be fully combined with the structure characteristics of our factory,to achieve flexible and efficient production target, to further enhance the overall level of technology, product variety, quality meet coating and complex structure etc..In order to solve the above problems, improve the level of coating technology in tractor industry. In this paper, the following contents are studied: in the first chapter, the development status and future trend of coating industry are reviewed. In the second chapter, the first off characteristic of the commonly used coating is studied, and the defects and preventive measures are analyzed. In the third chapter, the design and planning of the largest wheeled tractor chassis painting line. In the fourth chapter, we introduce the characteristics and the automation degree of the spraying robot in this paper. The fifth chapter is the summary of the full text.
