| Based on the mini unmanned helicopter and the low-volume spray system, a modern spraying method of low altitude and low volume is proposed in this paper. It has many features such as high efficiency, good spray effect, low labor intensity, high degree of automation, good flexibility, timely and effective etc. Compared with the fixed-wing aircraft and the large helicopter its advantage is obvious. But in China the research of using the mini unmanned helicopter in agriculture is in the primary stage at present.In this paper, the research mainly includes the following.Firstly, two sets of pesticide spray systems using for the mini unmanned helicopter are designed based on the theoretical analysis.Secondly, the main spray standards of the two sets of pesticide spray systems using for the mini unmanned helicopter are defined reasonably according to the actual situation based on the low-altitude and the low-volume spray requirements. Thirdly, the optimal matching parameters of the designed spray system are defined by the experiments. For the fluid spray system, the change rules of the droplet diameter, the spray angle, the droplet velocity and the droplet distribution are analyzed when the nozzle diameter is respectively 0.7mm andl.2mm and the spray pressure is respectively 0.15mpa,0.2mpa, 0.25mpa,0.3mpa,0.35mpa and 0.4mpa. Finally, the spray pressure is determined to be 0.3mpa for the two different nozzle diameter sizes. For the centrifugal spray system, the change rules of the droplet diameter, the spray range, the droplet velocity and the droplet distribution are analyzed when the atomization dish diameter is respectively 60mm and 80mm, the nozzle flow is respectively 36L/h,42L/h,48L/h,54L/h and 60L/h, the atomization disk rotational speed is respectively 3000rad/min,4000rad/min,5000rad/min,6000rad/min,7000rad/min and 8000rad/min. Finally, the atomization dish diameter, the nozzle flow and the atomization disk rotational speed are respectively determined to be 80mm,36L/h and 6000rad/min.Fourthly, the designed spray systems are installed on the unmanned helicopter. The field tests are completed applying the optimal matching parameters obtained in the experiments and analyze the droplet deposition effect, the control effect of rice pests and the leaf protection effect. The tests prove that the spray effect is very good. |
