China is a large agricultural country with a population of 1.4 billion.The population is large and the land is small.The traditional greenhouses have begun to take shape.Intelligent greenhouses are a significant symbol of modern agriculture.Intelligent control of environmental parameters in greenhouses is a key technology.The research on intelligent greenhouses in China started late,and it has a certain gap with foreign developed countries.Therefore,the research on intelligent greenhouses has important practical significance.This subject is designed to use modern computer technology,sensor technology,wireless communication technology,and fuzzy control technology to solve the problems of low intelligence,single control environment variables,backward communication methods,and cumbersome information collection methods in the domestic greenhouse control system A set of greenhouse environmental control system with modern intelligent control level.Research has been made mainly in the following aspects:A large number of domestic and foreign materials on intelligent greenhouse control system were consulted to understand the latest greenhouse control technology.Then,the design scheme of intelligent greenhouse control system was determined by carefully analyzing the control requirements proposed by the project and the final goal to be achieved.Due to the greenhouse planting demonstration base number is more,in order to facilitate centralized management,determine the system structure for a single set of PC system control more than of the distributed structure.In the part of environmental data acquisition,ZigBee was selected as the wireless communication mode,and its wireless sensor network was determined to be a star topology.After the control unit processes the data,according to the intelligent control principle such as fuzzy logic control,the output control signal control environment control equipment adjusts the environment in the greenhouse.According to the overall design requirement,this paper designed the wireless data collection terminal node based on ZigBee technology,within the greenhouses on the temperature and humidity of the air temperature and humidity,CO2 concentration,soil,soil PH,and environmental parameters of wind speed data acquisition,ZigBee star network topology is constructed,realized the wireless transmission of data is the highest level computer PC platform for data processing,storage,and monitoring the target;Programmable logic controller(PLC)as the main controller of control system,improve the reliability of the system,system PC platform will be front end to process various environmental parameters of the data collected,in the form of Ethernet communications through certain format main controller sends the data to PLC,PLC according to the environment of staff in the man-machine interface setting threshold value to control the corresponding actuator,start the heating cooling,humidification,dehumidification,ventilation control devices,such as internal control greenhouse environment parameters,make crops grow in a comfortable environment,improve crop yield and quality,increase economic benefits.In order to verify the feasibility of the software and hardware developed in the project,on-site joint debugging and testing was conducted in a planting demonstration base.After debugging and operation,it was proved that the greenhouse environment data collection was accurate and the communication status was stable,and the system achieved the expected design goal and met the final requirements of the project. |
