Traditional crops roots washing was operated by hand so that it is easy to damage the roots and the action cannot be realized completely automatically. Therefore, agricultural scientists always feel difficult to deal with things related to crops roots. ANSYS is a computer design program of multitask finite element method, which can be used to provide the significant data materials for the test of making the crops roots washer based on the vivid simulation of the real machine in order to reduce the workload of traditional design. This paper mainly talks about the test and analysis of resistance caused by the high-frequency speed controller give the root, focusing on the finite element analysis of the resistance and gear meshing so as to offer the evidence of making the crops roots washer.The paper concentrate on the ANSYS analysis of the dynamic system of the washer, and the core of dynamic system is gear transmission and the fixture. This experiment mainly using ANSYS and FLUENT analyze the statics of the gear and stress of the fixture in water. The result of the test is comparatively reasonable.In this paper the research mainly includes the following points:(1) The gear meshing is a complex nonlinear issue in view of involving the change of touch status. In order to accurately reflect the distribution and variation of the stress and strain in the process of gear meshing, ANSYS is used to statics analysis of it.(2) The tooth root stress distribution characteristics is an important indicator of measuring gear transmission performance. The main distribution of stress and deformation of meshing gear teeth is on the gear teeth and gear body and the adjacent, which decreases rapidly with the increase the distance of meshing point under the circumstance of the gear meshing. The stress and deformation of the mesh point is the largest on the meshing gears. And the stress is large too in the meshing teeth root.(3) Fixture's fatigue characteristics and rotational resistance affect the results of crops roots washing as the main part of the crops roots washer. This paper mainly studied water resistance and fatigue characteristics of the clamp clipping crop root in root washing system.(4) The stress is the biggest and become bigger with the increase of speed of revolution because of the excess thin mechanism when rotating in the water. The maximum stress is 5.878 Mpa as the rotating speed bocome 35 rad/s, far less than the yield limit of 45 steel. Paws are still valid although the stress is too huge.(5) The maximum deformation of paws locates in the top of the pin connection. The deformation also becomes bigger and bigger with the increase of rotating speed. When the paws rotating speed is more than 5 rad/s, its deformation is big. So under the condition of huge speed running, it is necessary to strengthen the stiffness design of the paws.
