The Study On Comprehensive Benefit Of Forest Tending Pilot In State-Owned Forest Farms In Fujian Province

Fujian province is located in the southeast of China, with rich forest resources, is one of the key provinces of southern collective forest, also included in the national financial subsidies pilot provinces. Fujian province is not only the south is the main focus of collective forest timber production, the province's 235 state-owned forest farms aie an important parts of timber production base in Fujian province key forest zone, so forest tending in Fujian Province pilot task concentrated in state-owned forest farms are. In this paper, state-owned forest tending pilot as the research object, on the basis of the Fujian province forest tending subsidies pilot effectiveness monitoring project, through on-the-spot investigation tending plots, according to the analysis of indicators for monitoring the growth of forest, forest structure, forest health, forest vegetation, forest carbon sink function etc.. Study on the data analysis to reflect the influence of forest thinning on the forest ecological benefits, economic benefits and social benefits. Sum up the comprehensive benefits of forest tending in state-owned forest farm, and provide scientific and effective basis for the pilot work of forest tending in Fujian province. The results of this study show that:(1) The economic benefits of forest tending measures significantly, state owned forest farm in Fujian province after the timber forest tending,stand volume generally increased, and the growth rate than in forest tending, through monitoring for the sample volume and the direct economic benefits of quantitative calculation, results showed that the sample in the monitoring area tending measures after 10 years pure Chinese fir forest, economic value compared with the control area economic value grew 34.4%; pure pine forest wetland economic value compared with the control area, an increase of 42.8%, growth effect. So long term forest tending has a very important influence on the economic benefit of state-owned forest farm.(2) The study found that the tending plots in monitoring area, diversity index is higher than the control areas, the change trend of different vegetation types in plots of Simpson index and Shannon-wiener index are similar, they said the changes in biodiversity index roughly the same trend. Research on the same type of monitoring community Simpson index and Shannon-wiener index is relatively higher than that of the control area, a big reason is affected by the occurrence of forest tending measures like forest species diversity change.(3) To improve the stand density, the relationship of the thinning and the improvement of the stand light conditions, and to increase the biomass of different types of vegetation in different types of vegetation. The study also found that biomass monitoring area growth than the control area of the biomass growth was high, the biomass monitoring area of South Island No.2 tending sample of slash pine growth, biomass increment reached 13062.33kg.hm-2, the rest of the tending sample from big to small is as follows:the Great Lakes No.1 12630.87 kg.hm-2 No.1, line 10788.47 kg.hm-2, Bai Yun Mountain No.2 8034.08 kg.hm-2.(4)Forest management can not only improve soil structure, abundant biomass diversity, improve the water holding capacity of litter, but also can improve the forest carbon storage capacity, enhance forest carbon fixation and oxygen release capacity, and create the indirect economic value of forest. Such as Lianjiang No.1 in the monitoring area of carbon sequestration, oxygen release value of the highest, respectively,10021.79 yuan,22358.2 yuan, two, a total of 32380.07 yuan to create eco economic value. The research also showed that the ratio of the value of indirect economic ecological monitoring area of the control area is significantly increased, the carbon sequestration monitoring area to create economic value:27478.56 yuan, oxygen release value:61303.74 yuan, to create all the carbon sequestration function to the economic value of 10897.67 yuan, oxygen release value is:24312.33 yuan.(5)Forest tending measures can greatly improve the health conditions, improve the stand environment, effectively reduce and prevent the occurrence of diseases and insect pests, enhance the stand stress resistance, and promote the healthy growth of the forest.(6)Forest tending forest workers can not only make extra income, but also provide employment opportunities for the surrounding farmers, increase their income, improve forest workers and farmers living conditions to increase social employment rate has a positive impact on the forestry development of cultural industry.
