Frog acanthocephalan usually parasitizes in intestinal wall of frogs. Frog acanthocephalan has relatively high pathogenicity.It distributes all over the world and across the country,but Frog acanthocephalan infection was rarely reported in China. Thus,the study on infection investigation and correct identification methods has important significance on prevention and treatment of Frog acanthocephalan. In this study, We investigated the Frog acanthocephalan infection status from different regions in Hunan province by Using parasitology investigation from 2013 to 2015. It is the first time that we have reported Frog acanthocephalan infection and parasites driving from different regions in Hunan province.1. Frog acanthocephalan infection and from different regions.1.1 Via a careful investigation, the infection rate of Frog acanthocephalan was 45.20%(886/1960).Among this, the acanthocephalan infection rate of Rana Nigromaculata was 43.78%(391/893); the acanthocephalan infection rate of Tiger Frog's infection rate was 46.51(253/544); the acanthocephalan infection rate of Hylarana guentheri was 46.27%(242/523).1.2 The survey showed that Changsha, Changde, Yongzhou, Xiangtan, Zhuzhou, Chenzhou, Zhuzhou, Yiyang, Zhangjiajie, Hengyang, Huaihua, Shaoyang, Yueyang the acanthocephalan infection rate of Rana Nigromaculata were as follows:41.74%,48.89%, 42.67%?13.92%?75.90%?46.43%?50.79%?23.91%?31.29%?77.63%?44.12%? 32.94%; the acanthocephalan infection rate of Tiger Frog infection rate were as follows: 41.51%?41.67%?53.57%%?19.51%?64.10%?57.78%?30.30%?30.43%? 32.53%?85.37%?46.0%?36.36%; the acanthocephalan infection rate of Hylarana guentheri were as follows:40.82%?48.89%?59.62%?23.08%?65.85%?55.55%? 35.0%?25.0%?43.48%?85.0%?42.5%?28.26%.1.3 The survey showed that the that Changsha, Changde, Yongzhou, Xiangtan, Zhuzhou, Chenzhou, Zhuzhou, Yiyang, Zhangjiajie, Hengyang, Huaihua, Shaoyang, Yueyang the acanthocephalan infection intension of Rana Nigromaculata were as follows: 1-11?1-16?1-14?1-9?1-33?1-14?1-11?1-7?1-9?1-14?1-9?1-7; the acanthocephalan infection intension of Tiger Frog were as follows:1-13?1-12?1-18? 1-8?1-23?1-28?1-23?1-14?1-11?1-41?1-15?1-18; the acanthocephalan infection intension of Hylarana guentheri were as follows:1-15?1-13?1-21?1-9?1-14?1-11? 1-8?1-5?1-10?1-24?1-11?1-9.1.4 The survey showed that different Frog acanthocephalan infection had little to do with the species and age of frogs, but it had a close relationship with geographical environment and different culture from different regions in Hunan province.2 Controlling drugs of frog acanthocephalan and result analyzeIn order to provide effective controlling drugs of frog acanthocephalan. We bought 600 tiger frogs from different regions in Hunan province to divide them into three experimental group at random. Then, we did a survey of frog acanthocephalan infection and analyzed different controlling drug of frog acanthocephalan preventing and treating. The result showed that the economic and effective controlling pattern of frog acanthocephalan were using the drug of Albendazole or Abamectin, taking measures in stage, under good management.3. The use of comprehensive controlling pattern of frog acanthocephalanThree experimental groups have been performed with different drug, Measures were taken as follows:1. Using Albendazole and Abamectin as parasiticide;2. Taking parasiticide in stages;3. Monitoring the infection of parasites;4. Enhancing management, especially for the environment;The infection rate of acanthocephalan decreased sharply after implying this controlling pattern, the speed of frogs increased and lower death rate, each frog adding 0.8-0.9 Yuan. In collusion, the comprehensive controlling pattern of frog acanthocephalan is pregnant to academic research but also it has high worth.
