At present,for the influence of the concentration in mulberry leaf disinfection,time and quantity of how to affect the cleanliness of mulberry leaves,domestic silkworm production scientific research didn't form a unified understanding,also for the interaction between the three factors,which directly led to Sang Leaf disinfection fail to achieve the desired results,and it seriously affects the safety of silkworm production.Therefore,the use of multi-factor test method to analyze the impact of the three on the cleanliness of mulberry and the relationship between each other,and to improve the effectiveness of disinfection of mulberry leaves is important.In this paper,univariate and multivariate experimental methods were used to carry out.The mathematical model was established by regression analysis.The effects of three factors and their interactions on the cleanliness of mulberry leaves were analyzed.The optimization results are verified by experiments.The results showed that the disinfection concentration and disinfection time had a significant effect on the cleanliness,both of which had a parabola relationship with the cleanliness:with the increase of the concentration and time,the cleanliness increased first and then decreased,and at the concentration of 0.5%or the times at 10?13min when we reach the maximum value;in the optimal combination of conditions,we got 100%cleanliness.The final optimal combination is:time(9min),concentration(0.43%),quantity(250kg).The optimized results were validated and the results showed that the optimized parameters were reasonable.The optimized parameters could ensure that the mulberry leaf sterilizer could produce clean mulberry that meets our need.
