| Artichok as a kind of root crops,the pagoda vegetable has important medicinal and edible development value and is the characteristic agricultural product of ningxia.With the improvement of national living standard and the craving for healthy life,the market demand of the pagoda is increasing.The harvest of artichok.is the main part of the production of artichok,but the level of mechanized harvest is low,and it is time-consuming and time-consuming to pick up by hand,which restricts the development of the artichok industry chain.In order to improve the production efficiency of artichoke,land productivity and resource utilization,study artichoke harvest process,design a meet the requirements of the artichoke agricultural harvest machine has the very vital significance.On the basis of the investigation on the status of harvesting machinery of roots and plants at China and abroad,the main problems affecting the mechanization of root crops were analyzed.Puts forward the overall artichoke harvester design goal,the application of 3D modeling software for mining device,transmission device,screening plant for 3D modeling,based on the discrete element method for artichoke harvester mining,conveying and separation of the three process simulation analysis.The results are as follows:(1)determine the device types,analysis of digging shovel shovel plane obliquity,working speed,digging depth factors influence on digging shovel traction resistance,it is concluded that the optimal combination parameter of digging shovel,the shovel Angle of 25 °,operation speed of 1.5 m/s,digging depth of 15 cm to 20 cm;(2)the type and related parameters of the conveyer are determined.The inclination of the elevator is 25,the linear velocity is 1.5m/s,and the transmission distance is better than that of 80cm;(3)determine the type and principle of the screening device,analyze the relationship between the screening effect and the sieving device parameters,and determine the best screening effect when the swing frequency is 6Hz and the amplitude is 50mm.According to the simulation analysis,the main design parameters of the key components are obtained,and the whole machine structure is designed and the prototype is developed according to the theoretical calculation. |
