Plant growth promoting rhizobacteria(PGPR)is mainly refers to a kind of beneficial bacteria can promote plant growth that free activities in the soil or accessory in plant rhizosphere,root table,stem and leafs etc..PGPR can promote plant growth by direct or indirect ways,and promote plant root system to absorb mineral elements.PGPR can promote plant growth by producing secondary metabolites to promote plant growth or even inhibition of some harmful microorganisms.These beneficial bacteria can be generated by nitrogen fixation,dissolve phosphorus,iron carrier,secretion of some organic acids and enzymes(such as ACC deaminase,chitinase and glucanase,etc.),secrete plant hormones and antibiotic substances to promote the growth of plants.In this study,bio-fertilizer"Nanjing Shield" is composed of different species and ratio of bacillus.This article discussed the efficiency and the best dosage on crops and leafy vegetables by different dosage of "Nanjing Shield" under the condition of greenhouses;meanwhile,lay the theoretical foundation to the popularization and application of "Nanjing Shield".1.Growth promotion of crops by using different dosage of "NS"In this study,different kinds of "NS" were used to do the greenhouse experiment use different dosage on three kinds of crops(rice,wheat,maize).Preliminary explored the growth-promoting of different doses and type of "NS" on crops through seed dressing in the greenhouse.Experimental results show that "NS" treatment groups compared with blank control groups significantly improve in several physiological indexes and also emergence rate of crops,such as stem diameter,number of leaf,fresh weight,dry weight etc..According to the results of the experiment,get the better dosage on leaf vegetables through comprehensive comparison.The emergence rate of rice is 96%with the dosage when the usage is 0.33 gram every hundred grain,the emergence rate of wheat is 96%with the usage is 0.44 gram every hundred grain,the emergence rate of maize is 100%when the usage is 1.08 gram every hundred grain;while from the perspective of comprehensive effect and cost,the growth effect is better when the usage is 0.3 gram every hundred grain on rice and 0.44 gram every hundred grain on wheat and 1.08 gram every hundred grain on maize.2.Effect on growth and quality of leafy vegetables by using different dosage of "NS"In this study,different kinds of "NS" were used to do the greenhouse experiment use different dosage on green vegetable and water spinach.Then do the field plot experiments on green vegetable and spinage.Experimental results show that "NS" treatment groups compared with blank control groups significantly improve in several physiological indexes and also emergence rate of vegetables.The emergence rate of green vegetable is 88%and the emergence rate of water spinach is 92%.According to the results of the experiment,get the better dosage on leaf vegetables through comprehensive comparison.The growth effect is better when the usage is 6.25 gram every thousand seeds on green vegetable and 1.00 gram every thousand seeds on water spinach.While in the field plot experiments,it has a significant impact on vitamin C,number of leaves,fresh weight and dry weight of green vegetable;moreover,it also has a significant impact on chlorophyll,height,fresh weight and dry weight of spinage.3.Effect on growth and biological control of tomato by using different dosage of "NS"In this study,different kinds of "NS" were used to do the greenhouse experiment use different dosage on tomato.Preliminary explored the growth-promoting and biological control of different doses and type of "NS" on tomato through seed dressing and spray the powder in the greenhouse experiment.Experimental results show that "NS" treatment groups compared with blank control groups significantly improve in several physiological indexes and also emergence rate of tomato.According to the results of the experiment,get the better dosage on tomato through comprehensive comparison.The growth effect is better when the usage is 2.40 gram every thousand seeds on tomato and the emergence rate of tomato is 88%.And different dosage has different biocontrol efficiency.The biocontrol efficiency is better when the usage is 2.40 gram every thousand seeds with seed dressing before sowing,and then spray the fine powder 0.334 gram every plant and inoculate ralstonia solanacearum simultaneously.The biocontrol efficiency to ralstonia solanacearum is achieved 73.63%.4.The effects of microbial agent "Nanjing Shield" on strawberryBio-fertilizer "Nanjing Shield" has significant effect on the growth of strawberry by watering "Nanjing Shield" when transplanting,and also could effectively control strawberry diseases.The results show that:43 days after watering "Nanjing Shield",the number of flowers of "Nanjing Shield" treatment groups were 4.8 flowers per plant,and increased by 3.3 flowers per plant than the control groups.The average weight of one fruit,it was also increased of treatment groups.At the same time the soluble protein,vitamin C,soluble sugar content of treatment groups' fruit are significantly better than the control groups,meanwhile,the bio-control effect on strawberry blight and anthracnose reached 74.46%and 72.18%.5.The demonstration and extension of "Nanjing Shield" n different cropsIn the year of 2014 in baguazhou and lishui of Nanjing city to carry out the field trial of bio-fertilizer "Nanjing Shield" on different crops.Bio-fertilizer "Nanjing Shield" has significant effect on the growth of grape by watering "Nanjing Shield" when transplanting.The average number of leaves has improved nearly 4 pieces and the stem diameter has improved 9.4mm and the height improved 17.5cm compared with control grop.By soaking of seeds on pea and radish,the chlorophyll,average number of leaves has improved 9.13SPAD,6.6 pieces respectively on bea compared with control grop.Mesanwhile,the stem diameter,average number of leaves and chlorophyll has improved 0.62mm,358.74 mm2 and 3.05SPAD respectively on radish compared with control grop.The result evaluated the growth-promoting effects of Nanjing Shield on different crops.
