Microbial fertilizer is a products that using microbial to get specific crop fertilizer.It is used in agricultural production.It can improve crop nutrition and regulating plant growth,prevention and control of crop diseases,increase crop yield,improve crop resistance etc.As to the people's attention to food health,microbial fertilizer is becoming more and more popular.In this study,microbial fertilizer "Nanjing Shield" is composed of different species and ratio of bacillus.This article discusses the compatibility of microbial fertilizer "Nanjing Shield" and chemical pesticides,and discusses the effect of growth and disease prevention in different regions and different crop.lay the theoretical foundation to the popularization and application of "Nanjing Shield".1.The compatibility of microbial fertilizer "Nanjing Shield" and Chemical pesticidesIn order to promote microbial fertilizer "Nanjing shieid" more better,this study is done by us.This study determined 18 kinds of pesticides that the farmer often used.They are used with the Bacillus cereus AR156 of the main component microbial agents "Nanjing shield" security.The main test indicators is that setting the pesticides to three different concentrations on the number of viable cells in a certain concentration.The results showed that pyrimethanil,fluazinam,trifloxystrobin,prochloraz,more antibiotics,virus pavlik and virus K in some concertration have a good compatibility;but with the change of the concentration will have inhibitory effect on it.The moroxydine hydrochloride and M-SharQ with the "Nanjing Shield" at all concertration have a general compatibility.The bacteria with metalaxyl-mancozeb,procymidone,metalaxyl and propamocarb,kresoxim-methyl,validamycin,quicklime,trifluralin,azadirachtin and mould check at all concertration have a bad compatibility.The metalaxyl and propamocarb,validamycin,azadirachtin,prochloraz,pyrimethanil and moroxydine hydrochloride can be used before the "Nanjing shield" about 10 days.The fluazinam can be used before the "Nanjing shield"about 15 days.The metalaxyl mancozeb and kresoxim-methyl can be used before the"Nanjing shield" about 30 days.The procymidone,trifluralin and trifloxystrobin can't be used with "Nanjing shield".The quicklime can be used after mixed with soil.The M-SharQ and moroxydine hydrochloride can be used with "Nanjing shield".This study has a good guidance significance to promote microbial fertilizer "Nanjing shieid".2.The promotion of microbial fertilizer "Nanjing Shield" on pepperThis experiment through the field experiment of three different sites to promote microbial fertilizer "Nanjing Shield" on pepper.The results showed that microbial fertilizer"Nanjing shield",can promote the growth of pepper.It can improve the plant height,stem diameter,leaf number per plant,the number per and chlorophyll content of pepper.It can increase the production of pepper about 35%to 45%.The biocontrol effect of Phytophthora capsici Leonian is about 70%.The microbial fertilizer "Nanjing Shield" can significantly improve the farmers' economic benefits.3.The promotion of microbial fertilizer "Nanjing Shield" on garden cropsThis study through using microbial fertilizer "Nanjing Shield" on Chinese ash and lawn grass to study the influence of microbial fertilizer on garden plants.The results showed that microbial fertilizer "Nanjing Shield" can promote the growth of garden crops.It can improve the soil environment.It can significantly improve the soil available nitrogen between 31.54%and 61.20%,also can improve phosphorus between 230.67%and 302.35%and potassium between 43.58%and 260.16%to enhance soil fertility.It can promote crop growth,increase crop yield.This study is the role of microorganisms in garden crops provides a theoretical basis.4.The promotion of microbial fertilizer "Nanjing Shield" on hyacinth beanMicrobial fertilizer "Nanjing Shield" has significant effect on the growth of hyacinth bean by watering "Nanjing Shield" when transplanting,and also could effectively yield and fruit quality.The results shows that the chlorophyll content has been improved 25.22%by using microbial fertilizer "Nanjing Shield".The leaf number of per plant of treatment has increased 67.90%compared with control group.The flower number of per plant of treatment has been improved 22.18%.It increased the fruit number of hyacinth bean.So the field of hyacinth bean has been increased about 42.40%.The soluble protein of it has been increased 50.98%by using microbial fertilizer "Nanjing Shield",and the vitamin C content has been increased 14.54%.It improved the taste of the fruit and economic value.It created more revenue to farmers.5.The effects of microbial fertilizer "Nanjing Shield" on artemisia selengensisTo observe the growth,disease prevention and quality of artemisia selengensis by using a new type of microbial fertilizer "Nanjing Shield" instead of chemical fertilizers and chemical pesticides,this study has been done.It can provided theoretical basis of plant security selengensis on artemisia selengensis.The results showed that the microbial fertilizer can promote the growth of artemisia selengensis.It can improve the height about 41%,stem diameter 16%,chlorophyll content 13%of the artemisia selengensis in plot experiment.It can improve the soil environment.It can significantly improve the soil available nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium to enhance soil fertility.It can promote artemisia selengensis growth,increase artemisia selengensis yield.The yield increased about 128.96%.It can improve the soluble protein 30.25%,soluble sugar 21.26%and flavonoids 27.93%of the artemisia selengensis by using microbiological fertilizer.It also can improved the nutritional value and medicinal value.
