| Rotary transplanting mechanism is the core part of high-speed rice transplanter,which has the high efficiency of planting and small vibration,and it’s widely used in our country now.At present,the high-speed transplanter is mainly designed by three companies.In the current rural cooperatives,it is widely used of these three kinds of rotary transplanting mechanism at the same time.However,it’s almost impossible to interchange with each other because of the difference of these three companies’ structural design,which makes the maintenance work inconveniently.In this paper,we mainly study how to design a new rotary transplanting mechanism based on one of these three rotary transplanting mechanism,and the new rotary transplanting mechanism can replace the similar one.The conclusions of this thesis are as follows:1)Represent the development status of rice planting machinery at home and abroad,which including the development trend and technical status of rotary transplanting mechanism.Analysis the feasibility of the universal design of the three kinds of rotary transplanting mechanism in the market,which is based on the working principle,the static trajectory and structure of the seedling needle movement.The Kubota rotary transplanting mechanism is selected as the base,and the Iseki’s mechanism is for the interchange rotary transplanting mechanism.Put forward the technical scheme of the universal design of the rotary transplanting mechanism.2)Propose the calculation method of the total transmission ratio and the ratio of the non-circular gear planetary system according to the seeding needle and the distance between the gears of the general gear box.Based on the man-machine interaction interface,a set of hypothesized functions are used to solve the optimal sub-transmission ratio,and a non-circular gear transmission system is developed.3)The adams virtual prototype is used to analyze the kinematic characteristics of the interchangeable rotary transplanting mechanism,and the correctness of the proposed method is verified.At the same time,the parts that can’t be interchanged are designed.4)Make the general rotary transplanting mechanism.The field experiments have proved that the interchangeable rotary transplanting mechanism can meet the technical requirements of rice transplanting.The transplanted seedlings have good orthogonality,which shows that the static trajectory of the seeding needle and the seeding needle of the original have only a small difference from each other,and the movement attitude of the seedling needle is also correct.The exchange of the Kubota’s and Iseki’s high-speed rice transplanter is achieved. |
