During the experiment,12 high yielding verities were compared with Xinong 805 variety by analyzing the canopy photosynthesis and temperature,grain-filling,dry matter accumulation and transportation,yield and yield components.The objectives of the experiment were to investigate the overall performance of xinong 805 variety in terms of each growth in conventional cultivation measure compared to the testing varieties.In view of the performance of Xinong 805 out of other variety,such as plant type,this research we have studied the cultural and physiological characteristic of xinong 805 started with different line spacing,seedlings sowing and planting pattern,finally drew the following conclusions:1.Xinong 805 is partial cold type variety with greater potential capacity,belonged to the variety of basing on contribution of the coordinating of accumulation after anthesis and translocation before anthesis of dry matter,and was no major defect in the canopy physiology,grain filling and yield constituent elements,possed higher SPAD values,Ra and Rmax.Synthesize various characteristic,the conclusion of the Xinong 805 was similar to Zhoumai 22 was drawn.2.High-yield wheat Xinong 805,Zhoumai 22 and Fanmai 8 hao,which possed the trait of the large potential storage and the cold-temperature state of the group.This kind of variety had some conmon characteristic,which was no major defect in the canopy physiology,dry matter accumulation and transportation in grain filling,yield and its constituent elements,and at least one element of the yield composition showed advantage,in addition,the contribution to grain was mainly based on the accumulation of dry mater after anthesis or the coordinating of accumulation after anthesis and translocation before anthesis of dry matter.3.The high yield and medium high yield of wheat varieties mainly based on the contribution of the accumulation of dry matter after anthesis to grain,or the coordinated contribution of accumulation after anthesis and translocation before anthesis of dry matter to grain.Opposite on the contrary,wheat varieties,which mainly based on the contribution of the translocation of dry matter before anthesis to grain,belonged to medium high yield wheat.4.The Xinong 805 at 17 cm row spacing with 3 million basic rates per hectare resulted in highest yield,the highest yield of 2.1,2.55 or 3 million basic rates per hectare in the 20 cm line spacing,and the highest yield of 2.55,3 or 3.45 million basic rates per hectare in the 20 cm line spacing.The Xinong 805 at 17 and 20 cm row spacing with 3 million basic rates per hectare resulted in highest spike number,and the highest spike number of 3 or 3.45 million basic rates per hectare in the 20 cm line spacing.Kernel number per ear was highest at 23 cm row spacing with 2.1 million basic rates per hectare.The 1000-grain weight was highest at 23 cm row spacing with 2.1 or 3.45 million basic rates per hectare.The performance of Xinong 805 in canopy-air temperature difference,light interception,leaf area index and biomass was highest in 3 million basic rates per hectare at each row spacing.The earbering tiller percentage and percentage of earring-tillers was highest at 17 cm cm row spacing with 3 million basic rates per hectare,while was highest at 20?23cm cm row spacing with 2.1 million basic rates per hectare.5.In the planting pattern of wide and narrow row spacing,Xinong 805 were significantly increased in yield,1000-grain weight,effective spike number per unit area and economic coefficient comparing to equidistant row.In addition,the canopy light interception(LI)and leaf area index(LAI)during the grain filling stage,photosynthesis index in the late stage of grain filling and post-anthesis translocation amount and the contribution rate of Post-anthesis translocation amount to grain were significantly increased.While,photosynthesis index in the early stage of grain filling and canopy temperature was significantly decreased comparing to equidistant row.In a word,the advantages of Xinong 805 varieties properties in conventional cultivation was further developed in canopy temperature,1000-grain weight and accumulation and translocation of dry matter in the planting pattern of wide and narrow row spacing,and finally,the yield of Xinong 805 was increased.
