According to mechanical design, mechanical principle and the theory of modern design, each system of the axle housing cleaning equipment be designed, and the equipment assembly drawing and part drawing be drew.Through orthogonal test, the critical parameters of the cleaning equipment be verificated. In many factors, which affect the cleaning effect, the optimal cleaning process parameter be selected, and the related process management file be formulated.Development of the axle housing cleaning equipment, not only make the outer surface and pipa surface of the axle housing parts to meet cleaning requirements, and more importantly,to meet the cleaning requirements of the axle housing parts inner chamber. The parts cleanliness testing results show the parts cleanliness has been promoted largely, to improve the overall quality of the tractor providing a guarantee. The paper combined closely with the production actual situation of agricultural machinery, has very strong pertinence and practicability, and the equipment automaticity has been improved. The research results of the paper has wide application prospect.
