Department of bamboo the grass family; (Poaceae) Bambusoideae (Bambusodeae) perennial evergreen shallow roots of woody plants, is one of the most important forest resources in our country, rapid growth, strong adaptability, wide range of USES, has the very high ecological value and economic and cultural value. Presently the development and utilization of bamboo resources in our country still is the bamboo wood, bamboo shoots for raw materials of bamboo products processing and ecological culture tourism is given priority to, and for the development and utilization of bamboo is relatively less, inadequate to the chemical composition of the extract use. This test by Mao bamboo, sinocalamus affinis. Za-Jiao-Zhu and Xiao-Qin-Ssi-Zhu, four bamboos as the experimental material, study and master the four bamboo flavonoids in bamboo leaf, chlorophyll, and active polysaccharide and protein in dynamic change rule, to promote the comprehensive development of bamboo chemical composition and reasonable use. The main results were as follows:(1) The change years trends offlavonoid content in the fourkinds bambooleaves. bamboo leaf medium flavonoid content changes between 18.95-44.71 mg/g. The change trend of present up-down-up, high in March and the lowest in November. Sinocalamus affinis, bamboo leaf flavonoid content in the changebetween 9.88-23.25 mg/g, the changing trend of show up-down-up, the highest in February and the lowest in May. Za-Jiao-Zhu, flavonoid content in the changes between 3.87-14.73 mg/g, presents up-down-up-down-up of change trend, high in February, the lowest in June; Xiao-Qin-Si Zhu leaves flavonoid content changes between 7.01-15.49 mg/g, present a down-up-down-up of change trend. The highest in February and the lowest in May.(2) Four kinds of the tendency of the chlorophyll content in bamboo leaf:Mao-zhu bamboo leaf content chlorophyll in the change between 1.08-3.44 mg/g. Presents a down-up-down-up of change trend. The highest in October and the lowest in August. Sinocalamus affinis, it is chlorophyll content in leaves change between 1.45-4.29 mg/g.presents a down-up-down-up of change trend, the high in October and the lowest in August. Za-Jiao-Zhu chlorophyll content in leaves change between 1.31-4.52 mg/g. present a down-up-down-up of change trend, high in October, the lowest in September Xiao-Qin-Si, it is chlorophyll content in the change between 1.08-3.56 mg/g, shows up "up-down-up-down" of change trend. The peak in October and the lowest in August.(3) Four kinds of the tendency of the polysaccharide content in bamboo leaf:bamboo leaf content of polysaccharide in changes between 2.38-3.82 mg/g, the changing trends of present rised-lowered. The high in March and the lowest in January; Sinocalamus affinis content of polysaccharide in leaves change between 3.39-4.32 mg/g, presents the first, the changing trends of presents the first rised and lowered after. The peak in January, the lowest in January. Za-Jiao-bamboo content of polysaccharide in leaves change between 2.53-3.39 mg/g, the changing trends of presents the firstrised and lowered after. The peak in April, the lowest in November. Xiao-Qan Si bambooleaf content of polysaccharide in leaves change between 2.14-2.85 mg/g, the changing trends of presents the firstrised and lowered after. The peak in April and the lowest in December.(4) The change trends of protein content in the kinds four bambooleaves:Bamboo leaf protein content in the change between 102.26-134.04 mg/g. The changing trends of presentsrised lowered after, peak in April, the lowest in January. Sinocalamus affinis, bamboo leafprotein in the content change between 128.54-146.43 mg/g. The changing trends of showsup-down. The peak in April and the lowest in January. Za-Jiao-Zhu protein content in the leaves change between 135.54-154.60 mg/g. the changing trends of shows up-down. The peak in April and the lowest in November;Xiao-Qin-Si bamboo protein content in the leaves change between 88.65-114.74 mg/g, the changing trends of first up and after down. The peak in April, the lowest in January.(5) bamboo leaf optimum extraction conditions of flavonoids as follows:40%ethanol, 1:30 solid-liquid ratio,90? extraction temperature, extraction times, extracting time 4 h. Under the condition of the extract, bamboo leaves medium yellow ketone content of total is 44.71 mg/g, extraction yield of 4.47%.
