The study took those 5-year-old Winter Jujubes as the object, which were planted in Pannan Orchard of Fengcun, Yanhu District, Yuncheng. In the study,4 different fertilizing methods (Shallow-hole, Furrow, Spreading and Radiation fertilizing technologies) have been implemented in the initial flowering period and the fruiting period to fertilize quantitative N, P and K, in order to figure out their influence on growth and fruit quality of Winter Jujube, to discover the most suitable fertilizing way to the local soil, and to find theory evidence and technology support on how to improving economic effect of Winter-jujube Planting. Main result of the study is as below.1.Effect of different fertilizer-applying technologies on growing of Winter Jujube.It shows, on the aspect of influence on growth of Winter Jujube, different fertilizing technology does play different effect. It's found after comparative analysis, on the aspect of truck-diameter-increasing, Radiation-fertilizing did increase obviously about 0.7mm. On the aspect of new-branch-length-increasing, Radiation fertilizing has an advantage and increased 3.2cm. On the aspect of new-branch-diameter-increasing, there is no obvious difference between the 4 methods. On the aspect of the length of bearing branch-let, Radiation fertilizing increased obviously over 1.00cm. So, Generally, Radiation fertilizing has an obvious advantage on improving growth of Winter Jujube.2. Influence of different fertilizing technologies on production and fruit quality of Winter Jujube.The study shows, Furrow fertilizing can increase length of bearing branchlet obviously, it increase 92% more than the CK. On aspect of single fruit weight, Radiation-fertilizer-applying did much better than others. Weight of single fruit increased 1.52 grams. What's more, it increased production of a single tree 19.35 kilograms, quality increment is over 20%. On the growth of truck-transverse-diameter. Radiation fertilizing played a good effect and increased 0.94mm than the CK. Shallow-hole influences obviously on longitudinal diameter of the trees. It increased 1.02 millimeter more than the CK. It should be mentioned that fertilizing method did not influence so much on fruit shape. It did not find any correlation between fertilizing method and fruit shape.Content of soluble sugar in the Winter Jujube increased 34.93% than the CK while fertilized with Radiation fertilizing. In the fruit been fertilized by Furrow technology, comparing others, and its sugar-acid ratio is the highest.Anyway, under similar condition, Dongzao trees grow more exuberant and more vigorously when they are fertilized in Radiation technology, and the trees absorb nutrition better as well. What's more, production and fruit quality is improved obviously. It's recommended to utilize the Radiation-fertilizer-application technology on Dongzao growing in priority.
