Our country is a country rich in vinegar, in recent years, vinegar production increasing year by year, vinegar residue also increased accordingly. Vinegar residue at present is mainly used in feed production, or cooperate with other materials as plant cultivation substrate without soil etc, but the way of using or drying cost is high, or low consumption, so the most vinegar residue as landfill. Because vinegar residue acid, slow decay, so if improper handling not only pollute the environment seriously, will restrict the healthy development of the vinegar industry itself, so for vinegar residue potential development of resource utilization is very important. Calcareous cinnamon soil with high content of calcium carbonate, the particularity of calcareous soil reaction lead to the particularity of decomposition and transformation of organic materials. This study through composting was experimentally studied under different additives processing vinegar residue decomposition and product changes, and then through pot experiment on calcareous soils to study the application of vinegar residue compost on soils properties and the quality of rape, clear its fertilizer effect,the results can provide new ideas and scientific reference for the development and utilization of vinegar residue. The results are as follows:(2) Result of the different additives processing vinegar residue decomposition experiment showed, there are significant differences about the chemical composition of the decomposition, nutrient content, quality and toxicity between the different processing under different kinds of additives and dosage. Compared with the initial value, control treatment and 4% CaCO3,8% CaCO3,12% CaCO3 treatments processing nutrients increased significantly, the germination index were more than 80%, which meet vinegar residue rotten harmless; 3% FeSO4 and 3% FeSO4+8% CaCO3 treatments, even though promoting the nitrogen of decay product obviously, but its GI is only 6.59% and 33.58%, respectively, the product remains toxicity and even not yet reached no rotten level. Therefore, comprehensive consideration, treatment without additives and 4% CaCO3,8% CaCO3,12% CaCO3 treatment of vinegar residue decay (compost) were selected to conduct the next experiments of indoor potted.(3) Results of pot experiments showed that the additive calcium carbonate processing vinegar residue combine NPK fertilizer not only can significantly improve the calcareous soil nutrient content, but also improved soil alk phosphatase activity and soil respiration obviously, and has a certain influence on the growth of canola. Compared with control treatments, fertilization of chemical fertilizer treatment (NPK) has effect on the improvement of available nutrient content; Compared with fertilization of chemical fertilizer treatment, organic matter content increased by 2.11%-7.50%, total nitrogen content increased by 7.28% to 18.93%, the soil phosphatase activity increased by 36.71% to 60.76%. Soil respiration increased 87.98% to 123.45%. In addition, the application of adding fertilizer combined with 8% CaCO3 processing vinegar residue compost of rape grow better, its N?P?K nutrient content is higher, leaf green content and reducing sugar content increased, nitrate content decreased, indicated that the treatment can improve the quality of rapeseed effectively and the production is highest, increased significantly compared with control. Visible, fertilizer combined with 8% CaCO3 vinegar residue could improve soil quality, and promote the growth of rape.In summary, adding calcium carbonate treatment could promote vinegar residue decay, improve the quality of the compost. Adding 8% CaCO3 vinegar residue compost combined with NPK fertilizer can enhance soil respiration intensity, improve soil nutrient content and increase the yield and quality of rape.Test specification for vinegar residue, after a certain chemical additive combined with organic fertilizer into the soil, can not only improve the quality of soil and can also promote the growth of canola high yield, high quality, and has certain application value.
