Effect Of Combined Application Of Fungus Chaff And Effective Microorganisms On Morphology Of Cu?Cr And Maize Biological Effects In Sewage Irrigation Area Soil

Based on the soil collected from Shanxi Qi Xian sewage irrigation area for the tested soil, mushroom, Ganoderma lucidum fungus chaff as tested materials, pot experiments were performed to study the effects of different application of fungus chaff fertilizer on maize growth, different forms of Cu and Cr content and enzyme activity in soil. In order to provide a scientific basis for the further utilization of fungus chaff fertilizer to repair Cr and Cu contaminated soil and rational utilization of the fungus chaff, results showed that:(1) After applying different formulas of fungus chaff and liquid EM, the Cu content in soil average reduced by 9.40%, the processing with P. eryngii and liquid Effective Microorganisms is the largest decline (11.56%); the Cr content in soil average reduced 0.83%, the largest decline processing is only application of Ganoderma lucidum (0.95%).(2) After applying different formulas of fungus chaff and liquid EM, the content of exchangeable Cu in soil increased by 25.41%,the carbon combined Cu content increased by 8.03%,the organic combined Cu content increased to some extent, the residue Cu content decreased a little, and the iron and manganese oxidation state Cu content had no significant change; the content of exchangeable Cr in soil increased by 7.74%, the carbon combined Cr content increased by 6.67%, the organic combined Cr content decreased by 17.83%, the iron and manganese oxidation state Cr content decreased 10.94%, and the residue Cr content increased by 3.40%.(3) After applying the fungus chaff fertilizer and liquid EM, the enzyme activity in soil increased, invertase activity changed significantly, reaching the largest, which increased by 96.25%, the urease activity in soil increased, the maximum reached 54.50%, and the average growth of hydrogen peroxide enzyme activity was 31.67%.(4) After applying different formulas of fungus chaff and liquid EM, the plant height of maize increased by 0.54%?8.06%, single application of P. eryngii were reached, maize shoot dry weight increased by 4.58%?27.0%, only application of P. eryngii by processing shoot dry mass, maize root dry weight increased by 7.55%?29.75%. The maximum is the processing only application of P. eryngii.(5) After applying different formulas of fungus chaff and liquid EM, the chlorophyll content of maize was increased at the seedling stage, the value of chlorophyll content in the processing only application of Ganoderma lucidum was highest (9.40 mg/kg FW), the processing only application liquid Effective Microorganisms decreased by 3.74%.(6) After applying different formulas of fungus chaff and liquid EM, the POD activity of maize was increased significantly, the processing only application of Ganoderma lucidum increased by 10.98%; the CAT activity of maize was increased, the processing only application of Ganoderma lucidum increased by 52.87%; the SOD activity of maize was increased, the processing only application of Ganoderma lucidum and liquid Effective Microorganisms increased by 27.14%.(7) After applying different formulas of fungus chaff and liquid EM, the transfer coefficient of Cu in maize showed a decreasing trend, and lower than control, the transfer coefficients of Cu were less than 1; the transfer coefficient of Cr in maize had not consistent change, compared with the control the processing show a trend of increase, except the processing only application of liquid Effective Microorganisms, the transfer coefficients of Cr were greater than 1.(8) After applying different formulas of fungus chaff and liquid EM, the Cu content in mass underground part increased, the differences were significant, the processing with P. eryngii was the largest processing (69.75 mg/kg); the Cr content were significant in mass underground, compared with the control the processing show a trend of decrease, except the processing only application of liquid Effective Microorganisms, increased by 8.99%, compared with the control. The Cu content in mass above ground part decreased, the processing had not significant difference; the Cr content in mass above ground had not consistent change, the Cr content in stem and spike show a decreasing trend, and the content in leaf show a increased trend.
