The use of microbial fermentation product humic by agricultural waste, substances has been widely studied. Extract and production biochemical fulvic acid from fungus chaff has not been reported. In this study, fungus chaff as the main material, use of natural fermentation to product biochemical fulvic acid. At the same time, study on extraction methods and the application of biochemical fulvic acid preliminarily. The results are as follows:To prepared Biochemical fulvic acid by using Alkali dissolution-acid precipitation. The most suitable concentration for extracting biochemical fulvic acid fermented from fungus chaff is 1.0 mol·L-1;Biochemical fulvic acid perpetrated of fungus chaff and straw were used to spectrum detection, the results showed that they had the similar infrared spectra characteristics and functional groups.Biochemical fulvic acid perpetrated of fungus chaff had a significant effect for increasing soluble solids, total sugar, the weight of single fruit and the yield of top grade fruit. Spraying concentration of 1.250g-L-1 made the soluble solids up to12.53%, sugar-acid ratio up to 44.89%,the ratio of top grade fruit up to 42.2% and the fruit yield higher than the control at 3.67%.Fruit shape index (0.83) and firmness (10.75 kg-cm-1) reached the maximum by concentration of 1.000 g·L-1.Biochemical fulvic acid preparation of fungus chaff could increase the Oenanthe avanic roots weight, roots development and plant growth was promoted at the same time; Tomato seeds were used to soak treatment with biochemical fulvic acid preparation of fungus chaff for 4 hours could promote germination significantly.
