Reasonable fertilization have significant effects on yield, quality and economic benefit of tobacco. In order to study the proper fertilization modes and provide theory evidence in Wenshan, experiments such as chemical fertilizer reduction, different ratio of N, P, K in fertilizer and combined application of inorganic and organic fertilizer were done. The main result were as follows:When the nitrogen content was 8.1kg per acres, the growth period was longer than other test. Tobacco height and amount of leaves better than other tests. Although the upper level tobacco ratio was low, the output and output value were higher than other tests, the chemical composition was proper, the leaves' appearance and quality were better. When the N:P:K was 1:1:3, the growth period of tobacco descended, the speed of growth ascended. The tobacco height, leaf length and leaf width were better than other tests. It's upper level tobacco ratio was high, potassium content in tobacco leaf was significantly ascended, it's leaves' appearance and quality were in good state.Combined application of inorganic and organic fertilizer had little influence on tobacco growth period, but had active influence on agronomic traits. Besides, it's influence on upper level tobacco ratio was not significant, but had influence on the output and output value, the total nitrogen and nicotine content in tobacco leaves descended. According to the results, the best test was base fertilizer and after fertilizer which were both inorganic and organic fertilizer.
