The compound acidification can improve the activity of digestive enzyme, stimulate appetite animals, also acidifiers can partly replace antibiotics, it regarded as green feed additives.The experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of additive compound on weanling piglets production performance and protein digestibility, in order to reduce the cost of the diet of weaned piglets, improve the production performance of piglets, adapted to the needs of early weaning, and to provide some guidance for production.Two hundred weanling piglets (about 40 days old) with an initial body weight and half of each gender.Those weanling piglets are randomly divided into two treatments, five replicates for each treatment, each replicate has twenty pigs.This design were used to study the effect of compound acidification on production performance and protein digestibility of weanling piglets.Piglets in each treatment were fed basic diet and basic diet+0.25% compound acidification (free feeding and drinking water to).Recordfeeding quantity and other abnormal conditions.The experiment was conducted for 30 days, Preliminary feeding period for 3 days, weighing on an empty stomach the fourth day morning at 8 a.m. Eight o 'clock in the morning on an empty stomach weighing 31 days. From seventeenth days to twenty-sixth days, every 3 days before 8 a.m. random fresh stool without pollution between groups of feces, drying to be measured. The results showed:1.Effects of compound acidification on production performance of weanling pigletsAdding compound acidification (2.5kg/T), Daily gain and feed intake increased signigicant higher than Treatment 1 (P<0.05).The feed intake increased by 66g/d. Daily gain of 64g/d and feed weight ratio decreased by 0.09.Adding compound acidificationt in feed Feed intake of piglets, because of the increase of protein digestibility,daily gain and feed utilization rate of weaning Piglets.2.Effects of compound acidification on protein digestibility of weanling pigletsAdding a certain amount of compound acidification in the feed(2.5kg/T) could improve the apparent digestibility of protein, the apparent digestibility of protein increased signigicant higher than Treatment 1 (P<0.05). the protein digestibility of the test group was 6.7%(9%). The digestibility of feed protein was significantly increased after the addition of compound acidification in the feed.It can be found that the addition of compound acidification can effectively improve the protein digestibility of piglets, and can effectively improve the feed intake, weight gain and feed efficiency of piglets.Thus, we can see that the addition of compound acidification can effectively improve the protein digestibility and feed intake of 40-70 day old weanling piglets, so as to promote the growth rate and feed efficiency.
