The purpose of the study is to investigate the effect of activity dry yeast diet on Weaned Piglets and the possibility of high active dry yeast instead of antibiotics in weaned piglets.In present study,the experiment's animal had 396 weanling piglet that they were same on their weight and age,they were divided into six treatment group,every treatment group included 3 repeat group and every repeat group had 22 piglets according the same number principle of male and female in every group.First test group was the control group,its diet was basal diet;to add the Colistin Sulphate 20mg/kg and the Bacitracin Zinc 40mg/kg to basal diet in second group,to add the common type of high active dry yeast 1g/kg into basal diet in third group,to add the common type of high active dry yeast 2g/kg into basal diet in fourth group,to add the Brady highly active yeast 0.5g/kg into basal diet in fifth group,and adding the Brady highly active yeast 1g/kg into basal diet in sixth group.The test period was 37 days(the pre-trial stage for 7 days),measurement indicator was the growth performance?the diarrhea rate?death rate?serum physiological and biochemical index?immune index and digestive rate.1?Effects of active dry yeast on production performance,rate of diarrhea and mortalityThe effects of different amounts of different strains on average daily feed intake,average daily gain,feed conversion ratio,the rate of diarrhea and mortality of weanling piglets.The average daily feed intake and average daily gain of adding yeast groups were higher and significant difference(P<0.01)than control group and antibiotics group,however it was no different on feed conversion ratio(P>0.05).Diarrhea rate of group 3 and group 5 were significantly decreased than control group(P<0.05),other groups were no differences(P>0.05).The mortality rate all was 3.03%on control group,antibiotics group and group 5,it was 0 on other 3 groups.2?Impact of active dry yeast for each nutrient apparent digestibilityTo compare control group and antibiotics group,they all were raise and no significant difference(P>0.05)on apparent digestibility of crude fat,crude protein and calcium in weaned piglets;apparent digestibility of crude fiber and phosphorus in group 3 was significantly raised(P<0.05)than antibiotics group,on significant difference(P>0.05)in other groups.Total energy digestibility of group 3 and group 5 were extremely significant raise(P<0.01)than control group,and other groups were significant raise than control group(P<0.05).3?Effects of active dry yeast on blood physiological and biochemical indexesTo compare control group and antibiotics group,the TP,ALB and GLO of all yeast groups were increase,and group 6's TP was significant raise(P<0.05)than control group;there were no significantly difference on TC and TG of all test groups;the yeast effect was not significant on GPT and GOP,the GPT of antibiotics group was least and significant low(P>0.05)than control group and group 6,antibiotics group and group 5's GOP were significant low(P>0.05)than group 4.Comparing control group,the BUN of antibiotics group and all yeast groups were low and no significant difference(P>0.05);the GLU of group 4 was significantly high(P<0.05)than control group and antibiotic group,while other groups were no significant difference(P>0.05).4?Effects of active dry yeast on immune abilityComparing control group,the IgG and IgA were increase and no significant raise in antibiotic group and all yeast groups;however,the IgM of group 3 and group 5 were significantly increased than control group,but a variety of immune globulin of all yeast groups were not significantly difference.In present study,adding active dry yeast of different types into weaned diets had some effect on growth performance,digestibility of piglets,serum biochemical indices and immune ability and so on;the effect was same with using antibiotics,or some indicators were better than antibiotics.Such as that had good effects to use the ordinary high active dry yeast 1g/kg and Brady active dry yeast 0.5g/kg.
