Rice straw is a very important kind of agricultural resources which can be used as building materials, biomass energy, solid biomass fuel, organic fertilizer and so on. At present, the main methods of straw utilization is mechanical recycling, but there are also many problems are existed when machines working, such as winding grass?accumulation of soil?unsatisfied effect of throwing?low-power and so on, they have a serious impact on effect of straw recycling. On the basis of collecting and arranging a large number of bibliographies, the current mechanics of straw straw recycling and device of throwing were systematically introduced, the advantages and disadvantages of a variety of devices were analyzed, it also discusses methods of rice straw recycling and development trend on China.Aiming at the method of straw recycling to collect and cut the rice stubbles, and then the chopped rice stubbles evenly cover the inter-row space without involving the tillage apparatus, a device about auger with two directions was designed to the chopped rice stubbles can cover the inter-row space ? The parameters of the auger with two directions and frame were optimized by static finite element analysis; besides, to avoid the working process of the device by modal processing of the frame ?Using the throwing device with lines for rice straw do indoors scattering multi-factor orthogonal rotation combination test and analyzing by Design-Expert data, setting up the rice straw scatters evenness variation coefficient of the regression model;Through analyzing variance and quadratic regression model fitting, record and arrange the factors that rice straw on line scatters evenness variation coefficient affect according the significance level,which is the stirring shaft speed, the rice straw feed rate, adjustable scatters mouth width;Through the response surface method analyze the three influence factors on the rice straw line scatters to get evenness variation coefficient rule, the optimal combination parameter:stirring shaft speed at 218 r/min, feed rate at 1.55 kg/s, adjustable scatters mouth width at 146 mm, and the smallest evenness variation coefficient is 9.8%;Through the verification test, the actual value is 11.2%, and the software analysis result error is 14.2%, basically in same, indicate analyzing by that software is reliable and feasible.The conclusion has great significance for providing technical reference for further further development of multifunction rape seeding and grass covering machine.
