Most of the domestic straw compact molding equipment is fixed type,which must be pretreated before granulation.If the molding equipment can complete a series of operations such as picking up,crushing,soil removal and granulation in the field,the production cost of briquette fuel will be greatly saved.The picking up device is an important part of the corn straw pick up pelleter.In this paper,aiming at the problems of low picking rate,high soil content,large scale and large power consumption of the corn straw pick up pelleter,a hammer claw type pickup device suitable for the corn straw pick up pelleter is designed in this paper,which provides a reference for the application of the corn straw pick up pelleter.The main contents and conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)According to the working principle and working requirements of corn straw pick up pelleter,the overall structure and working parameters of the picking device are designed;the type,arrangement and quantity of the picking flail are determined through comparative test,and the key parts are optimized.The three-dimensional model of the picking device of corn straw pick up pelleter was established by Solid Works,and then the experimental prototype was produced.(2)In order to determine the reliability of hammer claw and fixed knife,static analysis of picking up hammer claw and fixed knife is carried out in ANSYS Workbench,and the stress nephogram and displacement nephogram of hammer claw and fixed knife are obtained.The results show that the allowable stress of the hammer claw and the fixed cutter is far greater than the maximum stress,which proves that the hammer claw and fixed knife can meet the working requirements.In order to check the stability of the pickup device,the modal analysis of the roller shaft is carried out in ANSYS Workbench,and the first six natural frequencies and vibration modes of the pickup roller shaft are analyzed and calculated.The results show that the working frequency of the pickup roller shaft is 23.3 ~ 33 Hz,which is far lower than its lowest natural frequency value(120.08 Hz),and there is no resonance.The working stability meets the requirements.(3)A single factor experiment was carried out on the main parameters affecting the performance of the pickup device,and the optimal range of each factor was determined.On this basis,the binary quadratic orthogonal rotation combination test was carried out.The results show that the height of the hammer claw tip from the ground is the most important factor affecting the picking up loss rate and soil content rate,the speed of the pick-up roller shaft is the most important factor affecting the qualified rate of crushing length and specific energy consumption,and the height of hammer claw tip from the ground has little effect on energy consumption.(4)The regression model of each test index was obtained by design expert,and the optimal working parameter combination was optimized: the speed of pick-up cutter shaft was 1941r/min,the height of hammer claw tip was 93 mm,the picking loss rate was 3.17%,the qualified rate of crushing length was 98.16%,the soil content was 12.4%,and the specific energy consumption was 463.47 k J/kg.The field test was carried out to verify the optimal parameter level combination of the picking device of corn straw pick up pelleter.The test results showed that the average value of picking loss rate was 4.76%,the qualified rate of crushing length was 97.3%,the soil content rate was 13.2%,and the specific energy consumption was 438 k J / kg.The results are basically consistent with the theoretical optimization results,which can meet the operational performance requirements of the corn straw pick up pelleter. |
