In this paper, Luoping Tobacco Soil phosphorus is too high to K326 as material for varieties of local cultivars K326,In Qujing Luoping County Jiulong village off raw material base which belong to chuanyu Tobacco Pride brand,the testing ground was select the land whose leveling slope less than five degrees, fertility uniform, good drainage, to carry out two test that are different types of phosphorus and phosphorus application on Tobacco Quality,and Interaction between nitrogen and phosphorus on tobacco quality ratio,With a view to Luoping tobacco of reasonable phosphorus to provide a theoretical basis to achieve the lean effect of phosphorus, and then to reduce labor cost reduction purposes.The main conclusions are as follows:(1) On the phosphorus-rich soil, different types of fertilizer phosphorus reduction of phosphorus has a certain impact on the quality of flue-cured tobacco.Three kinds of fertilizer types reduces the right amount of phosphorus based on conventional phosphorus application,have a certain influence on plant height, leaf number, maximum leaf length, width and girth pitches.it is good to flue-cured tobacco Growth and development, Administration of calcium magnesium phosphate and superphosphate 60 kg.hm-2,than ck. Administration of calcium magnesium phosphate processing, single leaf weight increases the amount of phosphorus increases, stem ratio, equilibrium moisture content increases and reduce the amount of phosphorus;Applying superphosphate Processing, middle and lower leaf width, stem ratio increases to increase the amount of phosphorus;DAP application process, the upper leaf single leaf weight, leaf length and width, with the increase of the equilibrium moisture content of phosphorus is reduced.Reduction of phosphorus has different influences on tobacco chemical,Part phosphorus reduction process can be increased tobacco leaf total sugar, reducing sugar, total nitrogen, nicotine content, reduced starch content in tobacco, content of chlorine.Different kinds of phosphate fertilizer and phosphorus on leaf pigment, polyphenol content of the rule is not obvious, in which different phosphorus fertilizers and phosphorus fertilizer on flue cured tobacco caffeic acid, scopoletin, kaempferol glycosides has little effect on the content remained the same.(2) Effect of Interaction between nitrogen and phosphorus on the quality of Flue-cured tobacco.treatment P3 and CK growth is relatively close;different phosphorus concentrations (P5, P6, CK, P8, P9) and plant height, leaf number, leaf width, stem girth, leaf length, pitch relationship is not obvious, but the reduction of P P6 and CK grow closer.Reducing nitrogen and phosphorus test reducing (P3, P6) in a certain extent can increase of single leaf weight, leaf length, leaf width, lower percentage of stem, and reducing leaf density.Reduction of phosphorus, nitrogen treatment (P3, P6), to a certain extent, can increase the total sugar, reducing sugar, potassium content of tobacco leaves, and reduce the total nitrogen, nicotine, chlorine content.Reduction of phosphorus application, nitrogen treatment (P3, P6), the pigment content of tobacco leaves was lower than CK;the content of chlorogenic acid in central leaves with CK at least, other treatments were higher than CK;in the middle and lower Ye Yunxiang, the CK was the lowest;Different treatments on different parts of tobacco caffeic acid, scopoletin, kaempferol glycosides content had little difference.(3) From the perspective of Phosphorus-rich soil background on Jiulong base,different kinds of phosphorus and phosphorus in superphosphate and calcium magnesium phosphate T2 and T5,Interaction between nitrogen and phosphorus test, reducing nitrogen and phosphorus reduction (P3) treatment (P6) effect compared with the conventional P phase,the growth and yield of flue-cured tobacco did not decline, and even some of the indicators have a certain improvement, the overall work to achieve the purpose of reducing the work.
